You must remember dear
When you had winked with your eyes
Then I had turned the reins of the winds,
Mixed the mountains into dust,
Created a new sky on their heads,
Gave the desired speed to the water flows,
But--that valour and bravery was yours
It was not mine!

Just like the power switch is pressed
And the machine starts running,
I was just like that,
Mute... helpless...,
In front of the working will
You were the operator

Today again the winds have started blowing in the opposite direction,
The mountains have raised their heads again,
The flows have turned towards the settlements,
The sky has turned black,
But what can I do?

I feel like getting up,
My heart sinks,
My feet move
But the pace does not come near,
On this scorching earth
It seems that time is very treacherous,
Courage struggles like patients,
Dreams of success fly away from my hands like pigeons

Because I am alone
And those operating fingers are not near
With which the switch is pressed
The light spreads or the machine runs

Today these mountains!
This flow! This wind!
This sky!
They are a challenge not only to me but to everyone,
Those who are awake as well
The ones who are asleep
And you too my dear
You who are now tormenting me by staying very far away!

My sleep has searched for you till the sky
My sight has immersed you in every particle
My poems are a salutation of waiting
Now you come my dear
My reputation is referred to you!
I don't care about such campaigns
I just sit quietly and watch

Then I will attack the darkness with strength,
I will stand firm against the currents,
I will hand over the reins of the storm to the hands of the unwilling.
You keep watching,
My words have not learnt to lose
they are born in that corner of the heart
Where there is no one except pain

Once these words
Brought me alive
How much their power has increased
Now I will see
How many more people can they bring back to life?
