Common Mistakes Make by Entrepreneurs: My Experience With an Entrepreneur (Eng/Esp) Errores Comunes de los Emprendedores: Mi Experiencia con un empresario
Yesterday, which was a Sunday, I went to a PMS stand to get petrol to be used in the church generator, since I couldn’t get it from the petrol station that morning due to some unforeseen circumstances. I took a jerry can and off to the place to get the fuel. On arrival, I met a little boy and an adult. The adult was attending to another customer who was buying something else. Obviously, the adult was in charge of the sales of other goods while the little boy was in charge of the sale of the petrol. I told the boy that I want to buy 2 litres of fuel, but I don’t have cash, so I will transfer it to him. The boy agreed and filled my jerry can with the petrol. After everything I asked for the account details to make the transfer. The boy walked up to the adult and told him that I needed an account to make a payment. Surprisingly, the adult told me that he does not have data to check his balance after sending the money. He demanded that I should hotspot him. I told him no problem, but let him send me the account so I could send the money, he refused, insisting that he wouldn’t have data to confirm his payment. I was totally disappointed at how the whole thing was unfolding. So I asked him, “Checking your account balance and me sending money, which one is more important”? He snubbed and concentrated on doing something else. At the end, I told the boy to return the product because I no longer wanted it. I was disappointed as to why an entrepreneur should behave in such a manner. As I left the place for another, I realised subtle mistakes usually make most entrepreneurs. Some of which are:
Never leave your business with a child or with someone else: I realised that the owner of the business was not around. She left her business for a child to look after. Children do not know their right from left. Someone can possibly walk in and defraud him. Moreover, leaving your business with someone else will end up making a mess of your business. Such a person might not take your business as seriously as you ought to. From the story I shared so far, the fuelling business did not belong to the adult hence, he would not give me an account to make payment. He wouldn’t do that in his business. I always advise entrepreneurs to shut down their business premises if there is no perfect person to look after their business in their absence. No one will understand your business better than the owner.
Entrepreneurs should take this into consideration before starting a business.

Hello, @vicveestar
First of all, nice to meet you. Based on your profile, you've only been on hive for a short time. So, welcome from me. Well, after four months. Ha ha ha.
Regarding your post, you're absolutely right. Business owners, no matter how small, should take precautions to keep their business running smoothly. Leaving children in their care is quite irresponsible and inconsiderate. I understand that they may have the good intentions of teaching them, but this doesn't justify it.
I'm sorry you had a terrible experience, and for the business, a lost customer.
On the other hand, and based on the aesthetics of your post, I think you could benefit from following the recommendations and a useful tutorial for editing your future posts, the link to which I'm sharing below:

This is so true.
The adult didn't do well at all.
Even if it wasn't his business he could have helped a neighbor well.
