The Silverbloggers Chronicles - Prompt #35 Bucket List [ESP/ENG]

My bucket list isn't very long, but to be completely honest, at 70 years old (I just turned 70 yesterday), it's hard to imagine I could accomplish even one of them. However, I'm very imaginative and I like to fantasize (stimulated by so many videos I've seen online), and the truth is, when I don't have the necessary budget, at least I have my imagination as an incentive. And today I'd like to share with you the short list of things that, despite everything, I'd like to do someday.
Mi lista de deseos por cumplir no es muy larga pero siendo completamente honesto ya a mis 70 años (los acabo de cumplir ayer) me resulta difícil imaginar que pudiera cumplir al menos uno de ellos, sin embargo soy muy imaginativo y me gusta fantasear (estimulado por tantos videos que he visto por internet) y la verdad es que cuando no cuantas con el presupuesto necesario al menos te queda la imaginación como aliciente, y hoy me gustaría compartir con ustedes la corta lista de las cosas que a pesar de todo me gustaría hacer algún día.
Travel by plane (Viajar en avión)
Ever since I was a child, I've always been drawn to aviation. I was born and raised in a small town where airplanes flew so high you could barely see them, but when I moved to the city and started seeing them fly closer, I imagined what it would be like to travel in one. I loved watching TV shows about airplanes: how they were built, extraordinary maneuvers performed by pilots, and things like that. I also remember that when I worked as a taxi driver and had to take a pilot to the airport, I would constantly ask them questions about airplanes. I liked hearing them talk about them, about their own experiences, and I don't know, I haven't given up hope of taking a plane trip, even a short one, to know what it feels like to be able to see the cities from so high up.
Desde niño siempre me he sentido atraído por la aeronáutica, yo nací y me crie en un pueblo pequeño donde los aviones pasaban muy alto y casi no se distinguían, pero cuando me mudé a la ciudad y empecé a verlos pasar más de cerca, me imaginaba como sería poder viajar en uno de ellos. Me gustaba ver programas de televisión que tuvieran que ver con aviones: como los construían, maniobras extraordinarias hechas por pilotos y cosas así, y también recuerdo que cuando trabajaba como taxista y me tocaba llevar a algún piloto al aeropuerto yo no dejaba de hacerle preguntas sobre los aviones, me gustaba que me hablaran de ellos, de sus propias experiencias, y no sé, no pierdo las esperanzas de hacer un viaje en avión aunque sea corto, saber que se siente poder contemplar las ciudades desde tan alto.
Travel to Monaco (Viajar a Mónaco)
And why not? Since there are no limits to the imagination, I'd love to hop on a plane and travel to Monaco, a principality I've always wanted to visit ever since I followed the lives of Rainier, Grace Kelly, and their children in gossip magazines during my youth. But more than the lavish lifestyle of the princes and the extravagant luxury they exude, what attracts me to this microstate are its beautiful landscapes, always surrounded by the stunning Mediterranean Sea. In fact, I'd love to visit one of its most iconic beaches, Larvotto, known for its white sand and turquoise waters. Although, to be fair and honest, I have to say that the beaches of the Caribbean, and especially those of my country (Venezuela), are just as beautiful as Larvotto or Monaco's Solarium beach.
¿Y por qué no? Ya que en la imaginación no hay límites me gustaría subirme a un avión que me lleve a conocer Mónaco, un principado que siempre he querido ir a visitar desde que yo seguía la vida de Rainiero, Grace Kelly y sus hijos a través de revistas de farándula en mi juventud. Pero más que la fastuosa vida de los príncipes y el lujo que derrocha, lo que me atrae de este micro estado son sus hermosos paisajes, siempre rodeados por el precioso mar mediterráneo, de hecho me gustaría visitar una de sus playas más emblemáticas, Larvotto, conocida por su arena blanca y sus aguas turquesas, aunque si soy justo y honesto tengo que decir que las playas del caribe y en especial de mi país (Venezuela) no tienen nada que envidiarle a Larvotto o a la playa Solarium de Mónaco.
Have a Vans (Tener una Vans)
I've always wanted a van, but not just any van—one of those transformed into a really comfortable space inside, like a little house. I wouldn't want to live in it, just to be able to spend a night comfortably somewhere like a beach or in the mountains, a peaceful and happy place. I like vans because they're small but spacious. You can travel long distances outside the city in absolute comfort, or within the city, and if you make good use of the space, everything can be transformed: more seats, seats that convert into beds, storing everything and transforming it into a kitchen, living room, or dining room. I really like that versatility.
Siempre he querido tener una camioneta Van, pero no cualquiera, una de esas transformadas en un espacio muy cómodo en su interior, como una pequeña casa, no me gustaría vivir allí, seria simplemente para poder pernoctar una noche cómodamente en algún lugar como una playa o montaña, un lugar apacible y feliz. Me gustan las Vans porque son pequeñas pero espaciosas, puedes viajar largas distancias fuera de la ciudad con absoluta comodidad, o dentro de la ciudad, y si se aprovecha muy bien el espacio todo puede ser transformable: más asientos, asientos que se transformen en camas, guardar todo y transformarlo en una cocina, sala o comedor, me gusta mucho esa versatilidad.
This is my small but unattainable bucket list, haha, but anyway, as I've always said, the most important things in life are health, a loving family, and a place you can call your own, and thank God I already have all of that, and I'm more than happy with that. Es es mi pequeña pero inalcanzable lista de deseos por cumplir, jaja, pero de todos modos, como siempre he dicho, en esta vida lo más importante es tener salud, una familia que te ame y un lugar que puedas llamar tuyo, y gracias a Dios todo eso lo tengo ya y con eso me doy por bien servido, pero de todos modos fue un gran placer compartir con ustedes esos anhelos, gracias a ustedes por leer y permitirme formar parte de esta comunidad. ¡Bendiciones!
