Hello dear friends, I just recently found this community, as I really don't have too much time on the Hive Blockchain, I really enjoyed reading all your posts and the nice way you talk about your favorite coffees. In this case, for my first post in this community I would like to make a review of a coffee that I recently discovered, it is called San Salvador, a brand of Venezuelan gourmet coffee that however, even though I just learned of its existence, the family that is dedicated to the cultivation and processing of this coffee has kept the industry operating since 1870.

I really like the aroma it has, I think it is the most characteristic feature of this brand because even with other brands I have not perceived such an intense aroma and that may be due to the roasting process.

The color and flavor is also very intense even though I used a small amount of coffee, it also has a sweetness similar to honey, so it requires little sugar. Usually at home we drink coffee well loaded but with milk to balance the flavor, however we did not have milk at that moment and that is why I drank it this way, but I think it is better this way because I could perceive the real flavor of the product, also I perceived that it has a slight chocolate flavor, which is very pleasant to the palate and takes the tasting experience to the maximum.

Hola queridos amigos, recién acabo de encontrar esta comunidad, ya que realmente no tengo demasiado tiempo en la Blockchain de Hive, me gustó mucho leer todas sus publicaciones y la forma tan bonita en la que hablan de sus cafés favoritos. En este caso, para mi primer post en esta comunidad me gustaría hacer una reseña de un café que descubrí recientemente, se llama San Salvador, una marca de café gourmet venezolano que sin embargo, a pesar de que yo acabo de conocer su existencia, la familia que se dedica al cultivo y proceso de este café mantiene la industria operativa desde 1870

Me gusta mucho el aroma que tiene, creo que es lo más característico que tiene esta marca porque incluso con las otras marcas yo no he percibido un aroma tan intenso y eso tal vez se debe al proceso de tostado.

El color y el sabor también es muy intenso a pesar de que yo usé poca cantidad de café, además tiene una dulzura propia similar a la miel, así que requiere poco azúcar. Por lo general en casa tomamos el café bien cargado pero con leche para equilibrar el sabor, sin embargo no teníamos leche en ese momento y por eso lo tomé de esta manera, pero creo que es mejor así porque pude percibir el sabor real del producto, además percibí que tiene un ligero sabor a chocolate, lo cual es muy agradable al paladar y lleva la experiencia de degustación al máximo.

La verdad es que me gustó mucho este café, tanto que pude tomarlo sin leche y me pareció delicioso, pienso que tiene un buen equilibrio de sabor y el aroma es exquisito e inunda toda la casa.
