Hola, espero que todos se encuentren bien por aquí, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una pequeña reseña de un nuevo producto que acabo de adquirir, se trata de un tensiómetro de tipo digital. Este aparato es muy útil y necesario, sobre todo en personas que como yo, han sido diagnosticadas con hipertensión arterial, de esta manera puedes llevar un control de tu salud, puedes consultar cuando lo desees como están tus niveles de presión arterial. Anteriormente yo había adquirido uno pero con el paso del tiempo se estropeó, no sé en realidad qué le pasa pero a pesar de que la pantalla enciende y el brazalete cumple la función de inflarse, la pantalla no muestra resultados correctos, es como si estuviese descalibrado.

This device is very useful and necessary, especially in people like me, have been diagnosed with hypertension, this way you can keep track of your health, you can check whenever you want as your blood pressure levels are. Previously I had purchased one but over time it broke down, I do not really know what happens to it but although the screen turns on and the cuff fulfills the function of inflating, the screen does not show correct results, it is as if it were out of calibration.
The normal or ideal blood pressure levels in adults is usually 120/80 although this can vary a lot depending on the weather, the activities you do, genetic issues or pathologies. For example, in my case, since I am hypertensive, normal levels change and 130/85 can be considered normal. Anyway, it is obviously important to visit a cardiologist or an internist, in fact, it was him who advised me to acquire one of these because of its easy handling and he instructed me on how to use it.
Los niveles normales o ideales de presión arterial en personas adultas suele ser 120/80 aunque esto puede variar mucho según el clima, las actividades que realices, a cuestiones genéticas o a patologías. Por ejemplo en mi caso que soy hipertenso los niveles normales cambian y ya se puede considerar normal 130/85 de todos modos obviamente que es importante acudir con un médico cardiólogo o un internista, de hecho fue él mismo quien me aconsejó adquirir uno de estos debido a su fácil manejo y me instruyó en como debía usarlo.

Hay dos versiones, uno para la muñeca y otro para el brazo, yo compré el que se usa en el brazo, lo conseguí a un muy buen precio por una oferta, tan solo 15 $. Al abrir la caja me conseguí con todas las piezas, el tensiómetro, el brazalete y el manual de instrucciones. Una de las cosas que más me gustó de este modelo es que no solo lo puedes usar con baterías sino enchufado directamente con un cable USB y un cargador normal de telefono.

This device fulfills its function very well, is easy to use, is not heavy, has few parts, fits in any art and also, as I said you can use it with or without batteries, is of very good quality and so far thank God I have had no problems with it.
Este aparato cumple muy bien su función, es de fácil uso, no es pesado, tiene pocas piezas, cabe en cualquier arte y además, como les dije lo pueden usar con o sin baterías, es de muy buena calidad y hasta ahora gracias a Dios no he tenido problemas con él.
It really is a very practical and necessary product for health, I think it was a very good acquisition so I am very happy with it, because in fact it will allow me to keep my own pressure record every time I have to go to see the internist, or simply measure it from time to time.
Realmente es un producto muy practico y necesario para la salud, me parece que fue una muy buena adquisición así que estoy muy contento con ella, porque de hecho me permitirá llevar mi propio record de presión cada vez que tenga que ir a ver el internista, o simplemente medirla cada cierto tiempo.
