Youthful Age Is the Stage of Opportunity

People always talk say youth time na sweet time, but sometimes we no dey really understand how true that thing be until we don grow small. Youthful age no be just about energy or looking fresh. it’s the time when life open small door for you to try different things and build your own story. When person still young, you fit make mistakes and still get chance to rise again. You fit fail and still get time to learn. You fit dream big and work hard without too much fear. That’s why I always believe say youthful age na real stage of opportunity.

I remember one experience I had back then in my early twenties. I get one small business idea to start printing T-shirts with funny quotes. I no even get enough money that time, just small savings I gather from doing graphics design for people. The first set of shirts I printed, the ink no even stay well. Some fade after first wash. I felt bad small, but I no give up. I used my mistake to learn better way to print. The next time, it came out perfect. People start to buy, and that small business helped me pay some bills that period. Looking back, if I had waited for the “perfect” time, maybe I for no even start at all. That’s how youthful age be the time to take risk, to learn, to explore new things. Because as you grow older, responsibilities go begin choke. You no go fit try everything freely like before.

In this stage, we get strength, ideas, and time, three big things that can change a person’s life. The mistake many youths make be say they waste this energy on wrong things, like chasing trends or comparing their life with others online. But the truth be say, if you use this period well to build skill, to learn, to grow your future go thank you.

Me, I believe youth time na gift. Na the time to plant, so that tomorrow you go harvest. No matter where you come from or what you face, your youthful age still get meaning. Don’t waste it waiting for miracle.

Use what you have now, because this stage no go last forever.
