Wow this looks yummy and inviting.
It's the first time I'm hearing about Panelle, but seeing it makes me crave a bite.
Glad to know it was enjoyed by your teenage despite his reservation about it at first.
Probably, Panelle is indeed a food from heaven.
I better save this, until I'm around my pastry chef cousin, so she can make me some panelle.

The recipe is really easy - your chef cousin might not be impressed as not much skill is required. However the taste is impressive. I will make this as crapy snack items will dips soon.
