Give Me the Money, Please!

I had to think deeply when I came across this interesting question regarding if I'll go back in time to when I was six and still have all the knowledge I have now or take twenty million dollars in cash. I did this because the idea of going back seems tempting, especially the possibility of correcting childhood mistakes, avoiding heartbreak, or taking a better path to securing a better life and financial freedom, but then, on a second thought, I can't help but notice how huge of a sum of money twenty thousand dollars is, so what would I choose between both?

At the end of my thoughts, I can't help but come to the realization that going back would mean reliving years of struggle and, honestly, even a fake life with those around me because I already know what the future holds, although it could change my story for good as I can invest in things that'll boom in the near future while they're still cheap, from BTC to other top crypto, Google, and the like, but then my conclusion in the end is that I'll be given the money because I'm not going back in time, and the reason for that isn't far-fetched.

Life hasn't been a bed of roses. I've gone through tons of rough patches, faced betrayal, sickness, disappointment, and even heartbreak that took a toll on me physically and emotionally. I know I can avoid all of those people who hurt me if I go back in time. The truth is that I don't know what is in store for me if I choose a different path with the mindset of avoiding those people or things that hurt me, so no thank you. I'd prefer to have the kind of peace of knowing that some storms are behind me. Since I've paid my dues, I don't want to experience them again.

Twenty million dollars in today's world isn't just another sum of money; it's a life changer that can transform my life positively, as it can help me solve present problems and still be enough to build the future I desire. Such a huge amount of money would be enough for me to invest, create opportunities for myself and others, travel, and even serve as a blessing to my family. Such an amount of money would be enough to help me cater to those who stood by me during my darkest times, all of these without having to wait another 30 years of hustling.

My belief is that the value of knowledge is in its application, so having such a huge amount of money now would be the best time to apply everything I know. With the financial strength I have to back it up, I won't need to convince people that I'm a six-year-old genius or start from scratch. With the money on my side, I'd be able to walk smart in life with my current understanding about life, helping me reach my goal faster and with less pain.

Major reasons I don't want to go back are because I don't even know if having the knowledge I had then would give me the peace or outcome I think it'll. After all, we all know life will always find a way to throw surprises at us, so I'd rather not deal with a brand new drama alongside what is already bugging me. With the twenty million dollars in our world today, even if I stumbled, I can easily cushion the blow, bounce back, and live more intentionally going forward, and that's why I'll be taking the money, because I know where I've been and where I'm going, and with such huge amounts of money, I can have influence over where I'm going in the future.
