Empowering women to lead with care and love

A matriarch is a woman who leads a society, home or community. When we talk about matriachy, it is giving women more power to make decisions, I actually believe that matriachy is good because women are naturally caring, loving and kind. When a woman leads they first of all think of others before they think about themselves and this makes matriachy a good idea.

There are a lot of homes where men are the head of the family but the women or mothers are the one holding the family together. They manage the home, care for the husband and kids and still find solution to problems if there is any.

One benefit of matriachy is peace. Some women not all try to avoid violence and try to sort things with love and understanding. When a society is led by women, there is tendency for reduction of wars and fights and more focus on caring for people.

If we want to move to a more matriachial system, we need to give women more opportunities, because today people follow more of patriachial system. We need to stop limiting women and start trusting their ideas and leadership.

Will the world ever have more matriachies? Maybe we can, but it will take time. And we all both men and women need to agree that women are capable of leading.

I believe women are capable. If given the chance, they can lead homes, communities, and even nations with wisdom, care, and strength. We just need to believe in them.
