Time to collect Crimean tea
It is time to collect Crimean tea in our garden. Our favorite moment is when the small yellow flowers open in the highest part.
The aroma that spreads from the blooming tea is wonderful.
I collect it with pleasure, then I will dry it and use it for tea. It is extremely useful for the immune system with antiviral and anti-inflammatory effects. This year I intend to prepare an alcoholic extract of the herb, which I will tell you about later.

The magnificent flower, from which you are going to collect and make tea, please tell me how long it can be stored.
It best retains its flavor and properties for up to one year, but can be stored for up to 2 years 🙂
