Mushrooms in Trevne Balkan
A few days ago I was in Stara Planina taking long walks through the forest of the Trevne Balkan and I saw several types of mushrooms that I want to share today in FungiFriday community.

The most interesting and attractive mushroom I found was on a fallen tree. The so-called - Scarlet elf cup mushroom.
In addition to being very attractive and photogenic with its bright red color, I discovered that it is also used in the kitchen.
In the foraging kitchen the intense scarlet color makes it a real eye-catcher as a supplement to various dishes. It can be used well as a coloring element in salads and are even better for stuffing with various fillings.

In the grass among the fallen leaves, I found these small and delicate charms.
On the trunk of this tree, other tree mushrooms grew.
On a dead tree I saw this array of multi-colored mushrooms of miniature size called Turkey Tail.
On other logs I found these green ones...
scarlet elf cup, I had never read about this type of mushroom, they look really beautiful
