Today at the end of the day my husband @outlinez and I grabbed our bikes and headed south out of city.

After yesterday's heavy rain, we couldn't cycling on a dirt road, so we headed to the newly built footbridge before Kraimorie to see the view from its highest part.

The walkway at its highest part has a platform from which a view of the Poda protected area and Lake Mandrensko is revealed.

We were there right at sunset and could watch from above.

After a short break, we returned back to the city.

Rain can hijack a plan, but that new footbridge toward Kraimorie sounds like a win. That top platform with views over Poda and Lake Mandrensko must be perfect at sunset. Is the bridge friendly for bikes all the way, or did you end up pushing near the steep part? Adding this to my after-rain ride ideas.

It was a great destination for cycling. The bridge is wide enough to ride without getting off your bike. I'm glad you liked the place we cycled to 👍

Awesome, that’s exactly what I was hoping to hear. If I aim for sunset, is there a time when it’s less busy or windy up there? Roughly how long did the ride take from the city with a short stop on the platform? Might try it this weekend if the dirt track is still muddy.
