Cycling to a place full of muscari

This Sunday, with @outlinez we cycled south of the city with some friends. The weather was sunny and the temperatures were high - perfect weather for spending time in nature.

We cycled around blooming trees, spring plants and birds flying overhead.

Our final destination was the chapel of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, located near the Fisherman's Village.

There was work to be done at the site - broken tables and benches needed to be rebuilt, so some friends did these tasks while others lit a fire and prepared food.

The area around the chapel was covered in beautiful flowers.

It was full of Muscari. Hundreds of tiny purple-blue flowers were swaying in the wind. A beautiful sight.

There were patches of moss on the stones and tufts of Muscari on them.
