Torta de auyama sin horno👨🍳/Auyama cake without oven. / ESP-ENG

Feliz de saludarlos el día de hoy, hoy les vengo a presentar la receta de torta de auyama, como ya saben aún no he podido comprar mi horno así que la vamos a hacer en la estufa.
Happy to greet you today, today I am here to present the pumpkin cake recipe, as you already know I have not been able to buy my oven yet so we are going to make it on the stove.
Auyama cake without oven
This is a typical dessert from Venezuela, and honestly it is very easy to make and with few ingredients. I think the most difficult part is knowing how much pumpkin you should add to the mixture.
We must take into account that we will need a bowl and a paddle and in my case a blender.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 cucharadas de azúcar / 5 spoonfuls of sugar
- 3 cucharada de aceite vegetal / 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 6 cucharadas de harina de trigo/ 8 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 2 huevo/ 2 Egg
- 100 ml de leche/100 ml of milk
- 10 gotas de vainilla min./ 10 drops of vanilla
- 300 gr de auyama/ 300 gr of auyama
PREPARACIÓN / PREPARATION
Step by Step
- For the preparation we need the boiled auyama, for this we proceed to chop it and remove the pulp and seeds, for greater ease you can remove the shell so that when crushing it be much easier. We simply wash, place in the pot, add water and bring to a boil until it is loose.
2 . was place the sugar and oil in the bowl, mixing until both were combined.
3 . Then I added the eggs and started to beat them.
- Divide the tablespoons of flour into 2 parts. That is, now we will add only 3 tablespoons and mix.
5 . Then add the 10 drops of vanilla and continue beating.
6 . The time has come to use the blender, here I added the auyama previously crushed with a fork together with the milk and mix, when we see that it has no lumps we will add it to the mixture that we previously prepared.
7 . Now it's time to apply the remaining tablespoons of flour, so our mixture will be ready.
8 . Now we will simply apply a little oil inside the bowl that we will use, and then we will spread a little wheat flour, remaining as follows.
9 . Add the mixture and bring to the stove for 1 hour over medium low heat.
