Hola amigos y amigas de #holos&lostus, estoy feliz de saludarles en día de hoy en esta oportunidad quiero principalmente felicitar por sus 44 años a @lilianajimenez, que la vida te permita cumplir lo que te propongas, obviamente no puedo perder la oportunidad de participar en la dinámica pues está bastante interesante.

Desde que era niña recuerdo ese pastel en cada cumpleaños, hecho por mamá, nos enseñó que cada año qué pasa hay que celebrarlo y mejor si es junto a tus seres queridos, pienso que muchos nos sentimos un poco más jóvenes de nuestra edad cronológica y creo que es algo normal, aunque me he topado con personas que son todo lo contrario.

Since I was a child, I remember that cake on every birthday, made by my mother, she taught us that every year what happens we have to celebrate it and better if it is with your loved ones.Dear ones, I think that many of us feel a little younger than our chronological age and I think that is normal, although I have come across people who are quite the opposite.

En mi caso tengo 30 años, y en mayo cumplí 31, realmente no me siento de esa edad, solo cuando comienzo con mis achaques pero del resto me siento joven, de hecho muchos saben que me acabo de convertir en mamá y al principio me sentía como si fuese un embarazo adolescente, jajaja.

At home I am 30 years old, and in May I turned 31, I really don't feel that age, only when I start with my ailments but the rest I feel young, in fact many know that I have just become in mom and at first I felt like it was a teenage pregnancy, hahaha.

Podría decir que me siento de unos 25 años, y es que todos me dicen que no aparento mi edad cronológica y bueno me lo empecé a creer, creo que mi edad subjetiva sería esa, 25!

Creo que aún me queda mucho por vivir, por lograr y por soñar, también pienso que mientras te sientas joven todo será más fácil, a que me refiero? A que si piensas que ya estás viejo y que no tendrás tiempo de hacer lo que quieres pues pierdes el tiempo realmente solo en esos pensamientos negativos.

I think I still have a lot to live, to achieve and to dream, I also think that as long as you feel young everything will be easier, what do I mean? So if you think that You are already old and you will not have time to do what you want because you really waste time only on those negative thoughts.

Yo particularmente intento mantenerme linda, así sea al natural pero siempre aseada, eso nos da brillo, además, creo que mantenernos lindas para nosotras mismas así estemos todo el día en casa nos sube el autoestima y nos hace sentir mejor.

I particularly try to stay pretty, even if it's natural but always neat, that gives us shine. Furthermore, I think that staying pretty for ourselves even if we are at home all day It raises self-esteem and makes us feel better.

De hecho mi pareja es menor que yo y cuando nos paramos juntos nadie nota la diferencia de edad, creo que voy como el vino y entre más vieja mejor.😅 Creo que mantener estos pensamientos positivos y nuestra autoestima alta son primordiales en este tema de la edad.

In fact, my partner is younger than me and when we stand together no one notices the age difference, I think I go like wine and the older the better.😅 I think that keeping these thoughts positive and Our high self-esteem is essential in this age issue.

Antes las mujeres solíamos quitarnos la edad y una de las cosas que noto actualmente es que decimos nuestra edad con mucho orgullo, O al menos algunas mujeres de mi entorno lo hacen, y pues yo soy una de ellas, estoy muy orgullosa de tener 30 años , y también de actualmente estar viviendo la maternidad, muy en el fondo estoy feliz de que no haya sido antes, pues creo que me fuese sido más difícil aún.

Estoy totalmente de acuerdo contigo, mantener el autoestima alta nos ayudará a sentirnos mejor y por tanto nos veremos mejor. Nada ganamos con quejarnos o perder el tiempo con pensamientos negativos, en vez de aprovechar el tiempo y disfrutar cada momento de nuestras vidas.
