To the Left | Nouns Gallery

Hello on Tuesday morning, I hope you are well.

Cold morning. Me, my blank canvas, and bunbun sitting in the corner. I am just about to start my daily art practice which would definitely be a portrait but I don't know what I want. In a moment I would think of something when I put on some music. Right now I want to do some activity check which includes writing this post. Next would be contacting the employer and I'm so not looking forward to that.

So yesterday I was minding my own business looking into my wallet when on display in the mints to check out was the Nouns Gallery. . I know a bit about the Nouns project, but never dove deep - there's always so much to chase these days. Anyway, I redrew two portraits, more like a trace over with minor alterations. Added those iconic colored glasses - the Nouns community symbol. I submitted this art piece into the collective gallery and I probably regret doing that because it got buried under 10s of submission -could be a 100 now- almost immediately. I don't even have a link to share! But that's that.

Now, like a Hollywood franchise, I'm going to milk this illustration some more. We'll see where it leads.
What random thing inspired your art recently? Me, it's been old art, retrostyle and mother nature.
