Social Media Challenge - Debut for My Latest Obtained Gladiator In Brawl

Prelude
Good day to all, how are all of you doing? There is a change that was done recently to the Glint Reward System, how has it affected you? End of Season for Glint system will be 2x of what we earned all season instead of being decided by the final ending rating achieved at the end of season. I think is good because there is an inflation of rating seen recently, so this change I personally agree should happen and is a good change. So let's begin today's sharing on my new Gladius card that I obtained right before we move into the Glint Rewards system.

Who Is This Gladiator?
The Gladiator that I would like to share today is Jini Guise. Jini Guise is a legendary Earth Splinter card which share some similarities to that of Queen Mycelia.

When I got this card, I was jumping for joy because this is one good card. A Queen Mycelia with Protect and with every level increased, gains a crazier ability, from Blind to Silence to Resurrect. Lady luck must be shining on me to be able to get this card. And today I will be sharing a debut battle for her in my most recent brawl.

Ruleset: Target Practice, Little League, What Doesn't Kill You
Mana Limit: 58

Selection Analysis
Little League as the basis with Target Practice. With this, I setup a double protection, calling upon both Queen Mycelia and also Jini Guise to improve my chances of survival. On top of it, I put Hill Giant at the front for sufficient tanking up. In terms of utility I placed Madcap Magus with the Life Leech/Scatter Shot and Venari Spellsmith for the Dispel. Finally Djinn Biljka to complete the magic backline.

For my opponent, I can see that they used a very defensive lineup with double Tank Heal. Time Mage to slow me down with a Marksrat for martyr and Clockwork Aide to give the additional speed through swiftness. Very interesting lineup with opponent trying to knock from the back but keep Pelacor Conjurer alive.

Will Jini Guise do well in her debut? Let's find out through the battle.

Round by Round Synopsis

Round 1 - Many exchanges with Jini Guise striking the fatal blow on Time Mage while Venari Spellsmith takes out opponent's Venari Marksrat. Clockwork Aide was also killed by Madcap Magus. A very aggressive start and pressing hard on opponent.

Round 2 - The barrage continues but we saw an early casualty where opponent's Sola Ranjell took out Queen Mycelia. But the overwhelming press continues with the clearing up of Sola Ranjell and also Venari Crystalsmith. Now we are left with a Conjurer to handle which has no attack.

Turn 3 - All the assault went onto Conjurer and Venari Spellsmith took the final blow to secure the victory.

Battle Summary
A very strong debut for Jini Guise especially that it has essentially the same capability as Queen Mycelia but with the Blood Lust. This card is really good, adds depth to Queen Mycelia and I feel, if there is only space for 1 during matches or brawls, Jini Guise is a better option because of the Blood Lust and the same mana cost as Queen Mycelia. With the various utility cards in the lineup as well, we quickly overrun the opponent and secured victory.

Wrap Up
Gladiator cards are parts and parcel of brawls and they can also be used in normal matches with the right ruleset or right summoner. Having such a strong card definitely will bring us easier victory and also brings many flexibility to lineup. Hopefully I can get more copies of this to level up the card and show how much more she can do!
