Stress Can Only Be Managed, Not Avoided
Stress cannot be totally avoided, it's a necessary and unavoidable part of life , to achieve everything or actualize our goals we have to stress ourselves mentally, physically and otherwise.
Stress cannot be avoided but can be managed and controlled , the only way stress can be avoided is by resting or sleeping all day, but that's also impossible, stress is part of life, it can only be managed and it's very necessary to manage our stress level, to avoid break out.

Lately, I have been through a lot of stress , and it's impossible for me to avoid these activities that lead to these stress, but the least I can do to feel alright is sleep adequately, rest when necessary , sets minimal and realistic goals daily, listen to music, eat adequately and create a balance between work and other activities.
Being stressed didn't stop me from waking up daily, because I know how important it's to me to step out daily and think of giving up, because stress is part of humanity and can't be avoided, avoiding stress is being less productive, but then it can be managed in so many ways.
To be successful, progressive and meaningful avoiding stress would be impossible, because to actualize our dreams and purpose, efforts needs to be made , regardless of stress.
Stress is part of life and it's an unavoidable part of life. Avoiding stress will only limit our success and achievement, it's going to learn to an unproductive life, our major concern should be managing our stress levels and not avoiding stress , because we can't attain anything without stressing ourselves.
Stress is inevitable, especially when you want to grow, have a goal to achieve and attain success.
The fact is if we decide to avoid stress , then we won't get anything done, avoiding stress is only going to make one lazy or less productive, what is important is how we manage and control stress, how we balance our daily activities and create a time for rest regardless of how tight our schedule might be, that's a sure way to manage stress , instead of avoiding stress.
Learning to rest, in between stressful activities, and creating leisure time to relax ourselves after stress is a way to manage stress, avoiding stress might not be possible for a long time, stress can only be avoided shortly, probably for few days, but not for a long period of time .
Feeling stressed is not an illness or an ill state, it's a natural feeling that comes after a productive day, it's natural to feel stressed, but then it can be controlled and managed.
Without being stressed we can't actualize our goals, be productive or get things done.
To achieve great progress, it's quite impossible to not stress ourselves, because success comes with stress.
We can get the best out of life by managing our stress levels and not avoiding stress, because it not possible to stay out of stress, but very possible to manage our stress level.
These can be done be creating time for relaxation , especially when work gets really overweight, sleeping adequately, it could be the least 8hours every night, to avoid a breath down, creating time for activities that motivate us, it could be a message, a music and many other activities.
Avoiding stress is impossible, but being able to manage stress is very possible and should be prioritized to achieve success.
