Humans are Designed to Grow: Perfection Doesn’t End Growth.
Growth is a major characteristic of human beings, it's an essential part of humans, our urge to grow will not end even in a perfect world, the instincts or urge to grow isn't dependent on only struggles, survival or the suffering of this world, but rather our instinct to grow is dependent on purpose, dreams and accomplishment.

I will make reference to the creation story in the Bible, when God created the first man in a world that can be described as perfect, a world where there was no illness , pain, death, or poverty. God kept everything in place for Adam and Eve, but still gave him a purpose, he didn't just tell Adam to rest and enjoy all that was given to him , he gave him responsibilities to make him grow, God told Adam be fruitful and multiply, which implies growth, God also gave him the responsibility of taking care of the graden, the livestocks and nurture the crops, which also implies growth.
Everything was also perfect, but what moved Eve to obey the Serpent, it was an urge to grow and see things outside the perfect world called paradise.
So, it's in our nature as humans from the beginning of the world to seek growth, to always want more, even when everything seems perfect.
So yes, even in a perfect world, growth will exist, growth wouldn't be embraced for survival in a perfect world, but will be embraced for creativity, fulfilling passion, fulfilling purposes , curiosity, exploring talent ,experiencing new things and creating new things.
A perfect world will give individuals the time to thinks broadly and creativily , because there will be no fight to survive, no battles with sickness, no obstacles from the government or any other angle.
Survival is settled and purpose will be fulfilled worldwide.

Humans will bring up their kids to find purpose and not fight for survival, human will bring ideas together to invent things, because they have no worries, the worries of sickness is gone, the burden of poverty is no more and the there's freedom from bad leaders and governance.
Zero obstacle will change the idea of growth in a perfect world .
This will only create room for creativity, the world will develop more than it has never done, because there will be no limitation, when it's perfect.
A perfect world is almost impossible, but if it ever exist , it wouldn't be the end of growth among humans, but will change the dimension of growth.
A perfect world doesn't limit people from creative ideas , it doesn't take away our inherent talent as humans, it doesn't stops our brain from being creative and functional or the urge to grow beyond our current states.
It's very natural for humans to thirst for progress, if a perfect world will take away the push to embrace growth , then it's not perfect, the bitter truth is that the idea of a perfect world is impossible, it's a fantasy.
I don't think a perfect world will ever exist , but if it ever comes, it's only going to be the beginning of creative growth , because the human mind cannot be limited by perfection, but rather it will be enriched by perfection.
Even in a perfect world, growth is inevitable.

STOPThat's just it, we can't because we've a perfect life, then disregard the need to improve and go beyond our current stage.
I think that it is the struggle to survive that even keeps us from reaching our true potential. Because we are being taught from a very young age how to survive in a harsh world, we grow up thinking about only one thing, survival. And because of that it exhausts our soul and our creative spark is dimmed.
This is very thoughtful.
Growth is about evolving from one thing to another, even in a perfect world there will still be things for humans to deal with because we are diabolical beings. The source of growth does not necessarily have to be negative.
If a perfect world were to exist, I believe it will give room for mad creativity compared to what we are currently witnessing.
