A Strangers Kindness: Where Kindness Ends and Boundaries Begin.

Yes, I have met an angel, an angel in human form who was so kind to me, a stranger that I haven't met , but the one time he saw me , he was extremely kind and good.
It was some years ago, I was just a second year student in the university, I just finished my semester examination, and I was having some symptoms of fever, just then I received a call from my mom to travel to Delta State and stay with my elder sister, who just had a threatening miscarriage and was placed on bed rest, I couldn't even tell her I wasn't healthy too, I immediately agreed to travel and assist my sister for a while.
I spent the whole night preparing for this journey, asked my neighbors at the lodge to give me direction on how to travel from Abia State to Delta State, because it was my first time traveling to Delta, they gave me direction and I forgot to charge my power bank, my phone battery was low ,but I still insisted on traveling with the little percentage I had and the fever symptoms.

I arrived the park with my luggage very early, looking pale and lost , found my way to where I paid my transportation fee and was led to a bus.
I was about sitting when I saw a tall dark and handsome young man looking at me, I greeted and sat beside him and he welcomed me with a smile and told me I reminded him of his little sister, we just smiled at each other and I was focused on my phone.

While I was still sitting and waiting for other passengers, I noticed he had a power bank and asked him if I could use his power bank, he gave it to me willingly and started a conversation, we were talking when he got me some snacks, I rejected but he insisted, so I had to take the offer.
Immediately the journey started, my temperature got high, I felt like vomiting and I was so dizzy, road sickness and the existing fever symptoms really spiked and dealt with me.
He looked at my pale eyes and asked what was wrong, I told him I needed to throw up, he told the driver to stop and let me throw up, he stepped down with me and made sure I was okay before the journey continued.
When we entered the bus , he rested my head on his body, when he saw I was unsettled and restless, he wasn't even scared that I might vomit on his body or belonging , he immediately purchased paracetamol at a busy junction and gave me to drink.
He practically nursed me like a baby, I didn't even know when I arrived Delta State.
I was embarrassed, but he made me comfortable, he asked where I was headed to , so he can drop me at home before going to his destination, since I was just new in the city, I told him my brother inlaw was coming to pick me up from the park.
He waited with me, he carried my luggage, interacted with me and we exchanged contacts.
He left when my uncle arrived , I sincerely appreciated him and he told me bye.

When I got to my destination, he called and we talked that night, the next morning when I posted my business on my Whatsapp status, he purchased footwears from me and even sent extra cash to me, we kept talking daily and he was so funny and smart, I got a call one day and it was his girlfriend warning me to stop conversing with her man and I had to stop communicating with the kind stranger , had to place boundaries, until we never communicated again .
This prompt made me remember my angel and I will reach out to him this weekend, it been years .

In a world were we are always careful of strangers and we are always taught to beware of them, I have learnt some strangers also have good intentions towards us, and ever since I learnt this I have always tried to be good to strangers too.
