Introductory post// Meet Gabriel Ushie

Hello Hivers, I am absolutely thrilled to be a part of this incredible universe, a welcoming realm that allows people to express themselves to the fullest and utilize untapped potentials. My names are Gabriel Ushie Samuel Kudeh, a 21 year old with a dream twice my size. I hail from Ablesang - a small village in cross river state Nigeria but lived a vast majority of my life between Nigeria state and Abuja. Despite being born in the Northern part of the country, I suck in the local dialect of that region which is Hausa probably because I am no good with languages including native tongue.

Born into a family of seven ( including my parents) I have three elder sisters and an older brother and hold the title of the last child of the household. My mom is a trader who deals with food items while dad on the other hand used to be a hotelier but due to a few health crisis, he is currently unemployed and is on a path of being fully recovered.
As a kid I was raised by my parents, siblings and neighbors.

One of our neighbors was particularly fond of me growing up and would always pick me up from my parents right after I was bathed and clothed because of my light skin. My brother was my rock growing up, he literally taught me everything I knew as a kid and as I grew older I realized most of my activities were complete reflections of his taste though adulthood is starting to reshape them.

My parents always told me how much I loved school as a toddler which was why I was enrolled into one super early. At the age of 2, I was enrolled into Blessed Nursery and primary school Suleja where I attended till the fourth grade before switching to Peace and unity international school where I graduated from in 2019 after writing my SSCE that very same year.

Currently I don't have any plans of furthering with my academic life because I have no passion in it. I know I loved schooling as a boy but after years of being stuck in the system, I realized that path was never meant for me. I can read, write and the basics are just enough for me to get by.

I currently have two vocational skills both of which revolve around the realm of engineering. I don't know if I'll have a change of heart in the nearest future concerning school because one can never be too sure about the future but i am certain that I will not live my life under my own rules.

Growing up I loved watching cartoons, animations and western movies as those were the hottest things in the neighbor for kids. I still watch them till date but I have realized that my love for them is not as intense as it used to be back then. In terms of music🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I completely suck at it, my brother would always make fun of the fact that I am unable to sing any song completely and he is not wrong. I was brought up around people who loved RnB, hip pop, reggae and blues but my love for afrobeats made this genres mid to me. My hobbies include Dancing, watching movies, reading books, football, watching Manchester United loss and celebrating with Chelsea hopefully we don't end the season trophyless. 😁😁.

Here on the blockchain, I will be focused on writing, making reviews about music entries and indulging in anime contents. I know I will not be singing because nobody would want to hear what goat giving birth sounds like so I'll focus on the things I can do. I hope I am able to adhere to the rules of Hive and enjoy a wonderful experience with this universe thank you.
