Rep. Thomas Massie Introduces the Repeal PREP Act

Nic Hulscher posted this report on Rep. Massie's bill to repeal the PREP Act, which would restore Americans' ability to sue for harms they have suffered as a result of vaccines, biologics, or treatments the PREP Act currently shields pharmaceutical companies from.

While the PREP Act wasn't the beginning of the Biosecurity Industrial Complex running roughshod over our freedom today, it is a significant pillar of that oppression, and truly completely disables informed consent, eliminates any incentive pharmaceutical companies have to provide products that actually improve our health, and upends tort law on a fundamental level. It should never have been passed, and should be repealed.

“The PREP Act is medical malpractice martial law,” said Rep. Massie.

“The 2005 PREP Act prevents people from holding corporations accountable for the pain and suffering they cause during Presidentially declared emergencies. Americans deserve the right to seek justice when injured by government-mandated products. The PREP Repeal Act will restore that right.”

Do throw your support behind this absolutely essential legislation. Call, write, and lobby your congressional representation to demand they support it without reservation.

It is certainly disturbing the modus operandi of pharmaceutical companies, they keep us right where they want us.

"...they keep us right where they want us."

They do if we do not decide to exercise informed consent. In order to be informed we must research these issues, because our doctors do not provide us nominal information (they are not provided it themselves), nor do the pharmaceutical companies. The fact sheets provided with the Covid jabs were notoriously blank, despite pages of known adverse effects the jabs had been shown to cause, which information by law should have been included on those inserts. Some years ago I had a heart attack, and was prescribed ~9 different medications. I began doing research on them, and have gradually stopped taking most of them, because the information I learned thereby caused me to withdraw my consent to be dosed with them. Additionally, I have made changes to my diet and circumstances which has changed my medical condition, and that has changed my medication needs. Also, after doing research, I told my doctor that a medication I was prescribed should be replaced by a different one, and after I provided peer reviewed research supporting my contention, they agreed and changed my prescription to the medication I currently take (my doctor checks on my medical circumstances regularly, and asks whether I have developed any relevant allergies. Turns out that I am allergic to all adjuvants and agonists, as well as thimerasol (a form of mercury used as a preservative), in vaccines. I also let my dentist know I am allergic to fluoride and mercury, so that they do not treat me with any preparations containing either of those - although they no longer use mercury amalgam to fill cavities, I went through several dentists while they still were because I refused to allow such toxic metals to be used in my treatment once I learned of it. Unfortunately the alternatives are also toxic. Best to not need fillings, IMHO. I am currently researching claims I have read that dental anesthetics contain nanotech similar to the Covid jabs, and will have to consider just how much pain I am willing to suffer, and what my dentist is willing to inflict, in the event these allegations are confirmed).

I strongly believe we must be experts on pharmaceuticals applicable to our conditions, as I often find I am able to provide information on side effects to my doctor they were not aware of. Finally, we must decide ourselves whether or not to suffer a medical intervention, such as a prescription, and never leave that up to doctors. Once, in 2021, I overheard doctors and nurses discussing strapping another patient to their bed and forcibly subjecting them to Covid testing, whereupon I got up and left the hospital at 1:30AM and began the 25 mile walk home. I have not been tested for Covid, and I do not intend to be tested or treated for ANYTHING against my will (I have also refused to live in places that fluoridated the water, for example). I complained bitterly about that practice to my doctor and to the hospital afterwards, and have been (falsely) assured that is not their policy.

I felt very fortunate that the condition I was in hospital for was not something that prevented me from taking action as I did. A lot of issues can keep us off our feet and on our backs in hospital, which means we are helpless unless we have advocates that are present to act on our behalf while we are hospitalized. Very often such advocates are either refused entry, or they are denied authority to act on our behalf. During Covid this resulted in many deaths, so it is best to be prepared to refuse treatment with suitable power to enforce that refusal.

I will prefer to die in a gun battle than by lethal injection, because at least I can shoot back. It is necessary to shoot back to go to Valhalla after we die in my religion. We only go to Valhalla if we die in battle, and I can't do battle strapped to a hospital bed - although I have seen people try.

Thanks!

The power to defend ourselves is in us, only we can decide about our health and our ideals.

By the way, thank you very much for dedicating so many words to me. I am sure that your comment is an excellent material for a future post.

Dear @valued-customer !
I just learned about the PREP Act. Do you believe the PREP Act should continue?

I am not shocked at all, but I am glad I don't use any products from that company. We are ourselves alone responsible for our health, freedom, and safety, and anyone that leaves providing their security, health, or freedom to others will lose them. The whole point of government is that it is a collective mechanism to provide our security from violent aggression. When that government becomes a vector for the very violent aggression we have sought to prevent, it is time to provide for ourselves new government - or simply to defend ourselves and abandon government as the counterproductive failure it has proved to be.

I have no interest in receiving another 'Fell for it again' award. Government has been proved to fail and become a threat to our security and freedom 100% of the time. It's about time we learned from the ubiquitous history of government failure to provide freedom and security and do something different.

Dear @valued-customer !
I agree with you!
By the way, The world I live in is ruled by Chinese capital, so Chinese-style communism dominates the lives of the masses.

The overlords of my world, which is under Chinese rule, insist that they should remain neutral if the United States goes to war with China.

I hope your health and longlife!
