Public Comment Closes December 31, 2025 on the FCC Attempt to Eliminate States' Rights to Control AI and 5G Siting

@derrickbroze (Peakd seems not to display his account on Hive for some reason) of the Conscious Resistance has recently reported (starting at ~33 minutes) on the present attempt of the USG to usurp States' rights to exercise their sovereignty and duty to prevent their jurisdictions' suffering any harms from AI or EMF (amongst other things of great import IMHO). I leave to you your estimation of the import of the other matters in the video linked above, but seek to alert you to the ability to comment to the FCC on the legality and desirability of unconstitutionally seeking to impose total control of civilian nationals in the various states regarding their sovereignty over where AI production is sited, what resources they have access to, or any management of the impacts of AI in those jurisdictions on those sovereign civilians, as well as the siting and impacts of EMF transmission and reception facilities.

Broze reports that the public comment period ends December 31, 2025, which is less than two weeks away. These are matters of grave import, potentially setting precedent stripping sovereign civilians in the several states of any human rights in the eyes of the Federal government, which is utterly and absolutely unconstitutional - but is well within the power of tyrants to impose should we fail to adequately defend ourselves. All that good men must do to be subjugated to evil is nothing, and evil is blatantly seeking to subjugate Americans today, by this means.

It is easily demonstrable that the initial seizure of power sets precedent that is subsequently used to extend power, and income tax, delivering the power to coin American money to the Fed, all manner of police powers, infringing on the rights of human beings to keep and bear arms, all exemplify this mechanism. Even if you aren't worried one little bit by losing the right to regulate AI or EMF transmissions today, losing the right to do so should terrify you, because the first oppression is never the last. If we can't keep AI data centers from seizing working class neighborhoods and replacing them, seizing the public electricity and water supplies, and collecting every possible datum by every conceivable surveillance means, these subjugations will not end at our skin.

AI will profit it's owners by being implanted in our bodies, by taking power from our cells, tissues, and organs, and taking the very water of our lives from within us. Those owners will profit from reading our thoughts, and from inserting thoughts they prefer we have. While we may not think these things are presently possible, we must recognize our lack of knowledge of what they can or cannot do, and what they will become able to do in the future. Vast libraries of research and publicly available reports dating back to the 1960s of controlling mammals and other living things with chips and EMF exist. No human being is capable of reading all of it, and there is at least as much more that has not been publicly reported.

Dr. Jose Delgado publicly demonstrated in the late 1960s that he could control a charging bull with a handheld remote by pressing a button that stopped it in it's tracks. Our bodies, brains, and behaviour are not that different from Bos taurus, or any other breed of cattle, nor other mammals. What will work on them can be adapted to work in us, and there has literally been >50 years for such adaptation to be developed. Frankly, I'm amazed we aren't chipped at birth and able to be controlled with a joystick today.

I am absolutely certain this is an existential threat to humanity, to our sovereign human rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and our very minds and souls. WE ARE THE PEOPLE - of, by, and for whom government of the several states and the federation of them is enacted - not to rule us, but for us to rule ourselves.

Please exercise that sovereign authority as best you see fit, before cruel tyrants unlawfully coerce and subject us to the cruelest slavery imaginable. This attempt to disenfranchise the US States directly disenfranchises us, ourselves. This is just the first imposition of oppression, and once we have allowed tyranny to disregard our sovereign rights over our states, our property, and our sufferance of AI and EMF, that tyranny will seek to impose AI and EMF to the fullest degree technically possible, and that will be inside our very flesh and bones, subsume our minds, and destroy our souls.

We have the permission of tyrants that consider themselves gods over us to comment until December 31, 2025. In truth we have the sovereign authority to effect our self governance at our sole option, at our whim, whenever and however we may desire - but the power of tyrants has gradually increased within the corrupted institution of US government to a point that making such demand is an existential threat to our property, liberty, and our very lives today. I reckon it is wise to take such opportunity we have to comment without first defeating that tyrannical power militarily, in the hope we will buy time for our posterity to arise to their majority, to join us at arms as necessary, and to allow technology to advance such that we have nominal means of securing our persons from violation by cruel tyrants seeking total control of our bodies, minds, and souls.
