EcoHealth Alliance DEFUSE Program Funded in 2018 to Produce GOF SARS2 Virus

It was Peter Daszak, Ralph Baric, and Shi Zhengli whom created SARS2 at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Three alterations to wild type SARS virus were detailed in EcoHealth Alliance's DEFUSE grant proposal in 2018. One of them was patented by Moderna in 2017. You may remember that EcoHealth sought DARPA funding but was denied, because DARPA didn't want to fund GOF (gain of function) virus research.

Apparently that was the CIA's job, and Ralph Baric has recently been revealed in a letter to ODNI (Office of the Director of National Intelligence; DNI Tulsi Gabbard today) by Sen. Rand Paul to have been working with the CIA on coronaviruses for years before the DEFUSE project, and one more year before the plandemic.

"...ODNI facilitated a meeting between the CIA and Baric about a project on coronaviruses in September 2015.

"The email exchange with the subject line “Request for Your Expertise” shows an unnamed government official with a CIA-affiliated email address pitching a “possible project” to Baric relating to “[c]oronavirus evolution and possible natural human adaptation.”

Fleetwoods Substack article points out that Emily Kopp at USRTK (US Right To Know) FOIA'd the US Geological Survey and hit paydirt, receiving a >1400 page PDF maintained by a Wildlife Epidemiologist there, Tonie Rocke.

Three specific alterations of SARS2 were detailed in those documents. 1) furin cleavage site (FCS) insertion, 2) receptor-binding domain (RBD) mutations, and 3) two-proline (2P) substitutions. Fleetwood goes into detail regarding these GOF mutations, dropping the fascinating tidbit that the furin cleavage insertion was the complementary sequence to US 9,587,003 B2,

"...a patent titled "Modified polynucleotides for the production of oncology-related proteins and peptides," granted to ModernaTx Inc. (now Moderna, Inc.) on March 7, 2017. The patent's estimated priority date is April 2, 2012, and it was filed on February 4, 2016."

Not only was it essentially patented by Moderna in 2017, but Fleetwood points out it's not found in nature. That's why it could be patented, after all.

But the most interesting to me - besides the proof in this proposal that SARS2 was manufactured by Ralph Baric with money from Peter Daszak from viruses collected by the 'Bat Lady' of WIV, Shi Zhengli - is that the two-proline substitution wasn't released in the SARS2 virus, but was in the jabs.

"The two-proline (2P) mystery is that the exact double-proline substitution (V1060P + L1061P in SARS-CoV-1 numbering) explicitly proposed in the 2018 DEFUSE proposal as a deliberate engineering step to stabilize novel bat coronavirus spikes in prefusion conformation—an exact modification Baric’s team had already tested in pre-pandemic strains—was later incorporated into the stabilized spike proteins used in the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA vaccines (K986P + V987P), even though the naturally circulating SARS-CoV-2 virus retains the ancestral KV motif found in every other known sarbecovirus."

Huh. What an odd thing to do! Clearly, if the 2P substitution was made in SARS2 the unique changes to the spike protein, without any evolutionary steps being interposed between all other sarbecoviruses and SARS2, it would be undeniably obvious it was created in a lab. Hell, it's obvious now, because we have the proposal and the CIA request (curious why they'd redact the proposal. I can't see any reason they needed to mention Israel). But the spike protein in the jabs used the 2P substitution, stabilizing the spike protein produced in the human body by the jabs' mRNA, making it last longer.

Something else is that the proposal itself was to gain funding to produce military countermeasure(s) to vaccinate bats and get a DARPA contract.

From page 127 of the DEFUSE proposal:

"Some important points:
"1) Zhengli, Linfa, Ralph – Billy and I spoke with Tonie Rocke on Friday. Tonie is at the National Wildlife Health
Center, Madison USA, and has worked on wildlife vaccines: plague in prairie dogs, rabies in Jamaican fruit
bats, white nose syndrome in US bats. We needed someone with expertise in delivery of
molecules/vaccines to wildlife because DARPA specifically lay that out. As you’ll see, Tonie is perfect for
our project and will be able to do work at USGS NWHC and with Zhengli in China to help with TA2"

From pg 128:

"From what I know of the competition, what
DARPA wants, and what we’re offering, I think we have an extremely strong team, so I’m looking forward to
getting the full proposal together and winning this contract!"

From pg 129-130:

"1. What is the proposed work attempting to accomplish or do?
We aim to defuse the potential for emergence of novel bat-origin high-zoonotic risk
SARS-related coronaviruses in Southeast Asia. We envisage a scenario whereby the US
warfighter is called on to intervene in a security hotspot in SE Asia for a period of 3-6
months. As planners begin choosing sites for the mission, they will use an app we will
design to assess the background risk of a site harboring dangerous zoonotic viruses. If
there is no alternative to a high-risk site, a tactical forward team will deploy automated
delivery technology we will develop in caves that harbor bats carrying these viruses.
These devices will release immune boosting molecules and chimeric polyvalent spike
protein immune priming inocula to lower viral shedding from bats at the site for a few
weeks or months, allowing our warfighters to execute the operation at lowered risk for
spillover."

So, DARPA wanted the GOF chimeric virus tech, because bats are yucky and scary, but the noble military brass refused to fund such risky research. Right... Also, instead of getting a DARPA contract, EcoHealth Alliance and Peter Daszak are barred from being granted USG funds. So, is that DARPA contract still open? Whatever will our warfighters do when confronted with terrifying White Nosed bats?

What about Bill Gates, the WEF, and Johns Hopkins' Event 201? Event 201 was the roleplay of the emergence of a deadly bat coronavirus, a drill that was performed in NYC after SARS2 had already emerged in Wuhan, China (it was also found in sewer samples as early as March, 2019 in Barcelona, Spain). Why were there delivery orders filled for Covid19 research by Nov. 2019 in the Ukraine? This White Nosed warfighter narrative seems like a cover story the CIA came up with to cover the development of SARS2 given the foreknowledge of Bill Gates and the DOD that Covid19 was going to be a plague.

These three changes to the spike protein had nothing to do with immunizing bats from White Nose Syndrome. Tonie Rocke was just part of their cover story.

But... That's three months after DOD paid ~$370k for 'Covid19 research'!

Seems Pfizer, Moderna, EcoHealth Alliance, spooks and thugs, and the deranged gnomes in the WIV were all quite aware of each others' work. Given the constant screeching about death from the common cold we were blasted with, complete with videos of people dropping dead in mid-stride in the streets of Wuhan, claims of secret mobile military incinerators producing clouds of ash over China, and scenes of tens of thousands of hapless victims welded into apartments, howling at the moon while they died of a new, horrible, plague, the virus was definitely used to lend a sense of urgency to the uptake of the jabs. The WHO claimed an IFR (infection fatality rate) of 3.4, which prophesied doom of tens, perhaps hundreds, of millions of people.

Turns out there was no pandemic plague. The claimed cases all resulted from changes in policy in jurisdictions citing them. Denis Rancourt has proved that by tracking the cases reported in time and geographically. They weren't spread from person to person. Cases spontaneously erupted when jurisdictions were imposing mask mandates, lockdowns, and totalitarian tyrannical oppression of their populations, like jabbing swabs into their noses and declaring papaya DNA SARS2 virus. It also turns out the IFR was ~.02, orders of magnitude lower than claimed by the WHO. SARS2 was about as fatal as the seasonal flu, literally the common cold with some lab work.

The virus appears to me to have been made to be used in literal terrorist propaganda to push the jabs into our arms. Also, AI blatantly lies, as the pic of Brave's AI above shows. Further, the web is being purged of evidence of Covid emerging earlier than we are allowed to prove (and much else). Many of the sites and sources for that evidence are gone, cannot be found, and the USG attack on Archive.today is likely part of that rewriting of history to protect the guilty. If the kids being brainwashed today can't be shown proof they've been lied to, they're going to be real easy to lie to.

If the liars ever hear about Hive, we'll probably be in those same sights as Archive.today is now, because a lot of blogs are full of such evidence. At our token price today, offering the consensus witnesses deals they can't refuse will be cheap.
