Caitlin Johnstone on Gaza Lago: Ethnic Cleansing and Trump Resorts and Casinos

avatar

I rarely publish a post with only one source, but this will be such a post. Caitlin Johnstone's post on Truth11.com just knocks it out of the park, concise, comprehensive, and cogent. I feel the need to neither add much in the way of commentary, nor criticism of her reporting of President Trump's recent declaration that he will eradicate Palestinians from their ancestral homeland in Palestine, where they have lived continuously for millennia, take the sovereign territory of the Palestinian people, and develop it into, presumably, a Trump branded resort and Casino, as well as oil and gas extraction infrastructure to develop the mineral resources recently reported to have been discovered just offshore of Gaza.

Her prose and wit are on full blast in this short article, and will edify anyone seeking tl;dr quick rundown of the announcement by President Trump during Benjamin Netanyahu's visit to the US.

Dear @valued-customer !
I assumed there would be a US Navy stationed in Gaza!
I guess a pipeline will be built from the Gulf to Gaza!

Is there a place where us navy is not stationed at? That will probably be a shorter list.

Not good at all. Too many innocent lives lost due to the "IDF and Hamas" thing. I call it "thing" because it's sort of like a movie prop, an excuse to just ethnic cleanse the Palestinians. That's my think on it.

The USA denies being part of it all as always.

In the end it's just 1 more story, another statistic on how having "authority" is anti life.

My recollection was the pier collapsed and fell apart the first - and only - time they tried to use it to deliver aid. Not sure if it got the US Liberty treatment, but I'm not saying it didn't, either.

As I've pointed out, I have all the authority over me I require. None else need apply. Anyone else that wants a little can request some for them, but I reckon the rest are the same as me.

I read that it had to be dismantled a few times due to really bad weather.

And I agree with you 💯 on the last part.

There's folks that deny the facts therein revealed, but mere proof they're wrong won't change their lies.

It is a direct translation of the Hebrew word … “Israel”. … Apparently I am the only person in the World who knows this since I speak Aramaic Hebrew and Greek

When the Arabs arrived in the Land of Israel , they were told by the Greeks that the indigenous people of that Land were named after Jacob … “ One who wrestled with God” Palaistis in Greek, Israel in Hebrew …. So the Arabs also took that name. The original and ancient indigenous people in that land were Hebrew speaking Israelites. Even the Canaanites use the 22 letter Hebrew Aleph Bet.

I recall once finding an attempt to translate the words of Jesus from the Greek in which the New Testament was eventually written back to the Aramaic in which they were spoken, and then into English. 'The Ecological Jesus' is what I recall the site was named, but the serial losses of data that accompany hardware failures over decades lost that site to me.

I cannot find support for your claimed thesis in the Bible itself, as from Genesis to Numbers and beyond is a recitation of invasion and conquest of the Levant, such as the recounting of Joshua's conquest of Jerusalem.

"Jerusalem, a city of profound historical and religious significance, is frequently mentioned in the Bible. It served as the political and spiritual center of Israel, especially during the reigns of King David and Solomon. The gates of Jerusalem were not only physical entry points but also places of judgment, commerce, and public discourse. While the Bible does not specifically mention a "Gate of Joshua," the association of Joshua with Jerusalem is rooted in his role as a leader who brought the Israelites into the Promised Land, a land that would later include Jerusalem as its heart."

The original people of the Levant were not Hebrew speaking Israelites, who claimed to have conquered those lands they later claimed to rule. Further Netanyahu is not a descendant of any of those people's, being the get of a man born Mileikowsky in Poland.

Go any archaeological dig anywhere in the Middle East and you will find mostly artifacts with Hebrew Letters .. you will also find statues of Ashera …. The Hebrew / Canaanite wife of YHVH … Ashera is the ancient Goddess, Queen of Heaven, and Creator of the Universe, mother of all the gods .. Ashera was deleted from the Bible …. But our Christmas Trees and Menorahs are in Memory of her… Ashera - El …. The true origin of Israel. The Tree of Life.. the Origin of all life.

IMG_0664.jpeg

The majority of scholars hold that Yahweh and Asherah were a consort pair in ancient Israel and Judah.

You're not wrong at all, but that isn't evidence that such reveals the original people of the Levant, of which evidence has been found dated reliably to ~400kya. The earliest Stone age cultures that can be absolutely claimed to be AMH (anatomically modern humans) may be the Natufians, whom no one claims to have been Israelites. The events that produced Israelites happened in a Levant long populated by humans, even prior to the advent of AMH.

Idk what the facts are in history, because I don't know what really is factual. To many lies out there covering the truth.
Very little to trust.

I just look for patterns that strengthen my stance in anarchy. Look for wisdom even if I can't understand it now.

Pretty sure that's the vision. The Houthis just won't let that happen, though. The problem is giants taking the field against ants. The ants can't lose. Infrastructure takes time, and the battlefield requires quickness. Until Hamas gets the gas, it's not flowing, IMHO.

Thanks!
