She's equal in the scheme of things: West Africa to change gender model. Nigeria on a call
Hello everyone, how are you doing,
My name is Valblesza, And this is my blog.
She's equally in the scheme of things: West Africa to change gender models. Nigeria on call.
Gender as an advantage or disadvantage
Today, gender has become one of the issues of discussion, in the contemporary world of today. Many people, families, friends, groups, associations, and even colleagues are faced with this issue.
I will consider, breaking down the topic, and narrowing down, these issues in, the African contest, basically looking at it from the Western Africa precisely. Maybe this could be appreciated from other areas as a reference thought.
Gender in it sense is in one world viewing issue and human activity as it associated, the strengths and weaknesses of male and female. This is not necessary the physical appearance or strength, but inclusive of skill and opportunities.
Let me hang on the political system and coin my stand from West Africa political inclusive list of male and female participation. I would take us through, if we have issues in gender consideration around West Africa female and male participation in politics.
However, I have considered facts, first, because in African, we could still believe in gender differences, that is why I have to use it, not limiting my scope to West Africa alone.
In many families today, issues surrounding the scope of this topic, has been a topic even on the national debate table. Do we really have gender consideration in West Africa, I heard a man said my wife gave birth to a female child and a male child?
But when I looked at his countenance, is didn't show the joy of that he had welcomed a newborn baby. I have seen it in most homes from my end in many families.
In fact, I had a father who is gender biased, not that he doesn't love all the children but, this feeling of hoping and paying detailed attention to a certain gender is just his thing.
So if this still exists in many homes of the West Africa, do we think it wouldn't play out in the International space of our political setting?

Even in West Africa Churches, female gender issues may really have been clarifying, intensified in order.
Looking the politics inclusively, in West Africa, the female gender has truly been conferred, in terms of office, political power, and top decision-making are mostly been considered a thing of the man.
Even in property sharing, female gender has always been considered as the least in the making. For me, I feel this would seem like an act of discrimination, not worth considering it should exist.
Everyone, has something to offer, the female gender has taken too many disadvantages in many places. Where, I feel it isn't the calling of the male gender, to be fair here, these men have really messed the same position up.
The simple truth is that gender biased, female disadvantageous beliefs in the West Africa could be limiting our improvement in terms of growth.
I don't know how truth this would sound, women tend to be productive in thinking than the male gender, but they are limited with just little opportunities in the system of things. For instance, Nigeria today is one country I love so much, even though we have started seeing reason and confidence in women.
But we still hold the belief that women, do not have more value in decision-making. How globally bad this should be is what I think West Africa should rethink. No pretence at all, this beautiful creature, they are excellent.
But when we go to so many offices today, job opportunities, social gatherings and society nominations, we tend to being the men, as the most considerate gender. How positively has this same pattern been able to change things?
In fact, I am using this Medium to advocate for female gender inclusivity. Many homes today are built by a woman, let me prove this point that women constitution the most intelligent people in the world.

If a woman can cook, can wash, can give family despotic assistance, and build a family, then I strongly believe a woman can also build countries in West Africa. It is hilarious to me to hear people say, a woman does not have what it takes, and I think how?
After all, society starts from family, so if a woman can build a sustainable family, then a woman can be the president, a woman can be the Governor, a woman can be the minister, and perform very well.
It is very dishonest of us to say that gender is the secret to sources. But because she is a woman, most countries tend to intimidate them, look down on their potential.
My mother is a woman, I didn't buy the idea of my dad, and considering a gender in fact, as the oldest son of my father, I made sure that my father's property was shared equally. My sister has the same right as I do.
When the Lawyer read the will I saw gender biased, but after, I made sure that all that was given to me, was made equal to my sister. They can make a better society, even in leadership. From an economic perspective, more of economic leadership and good life is considered to be a man.

The world would enjoy that competitive leverage advantage of a woman if they're allowed to create a compeling controls for specific niche markers and distributing it across multiple platforms of the society.
And I know they can make a positive significant than what we have today.
This is the situation in West Africa, precisely Nigeria. We need a change.
