Music for the soul:

Music is good for the soul, just like food is good for the replenishment of my lost energy. It invites me into a different realm that can bring the state of my soul in a deep and relaxing mood.

I love music so much, that I can hardly stay a day without playing music. It helps my brain, calm my nerves, easy my depression.

Well, depression I said, everyone can be depressed by one thing or the other, depression isn't on one angle it could be stress or any stress-related issues.

So music kills all of that and refreshes me to move ahead with other things in the feature without feeling too heavy by the weight of all its associated problems in my country and work place.

The big question is: What can of music is so powerful, that keeps me on this train, it is the trending, hip, jazz, and reggae?

That is where the preference comes to play, I prefer old style music, its associated instrumentals, cute vocals. Rag music got my preference, of course.

Whenever, I see issues, happening in a way that seems I wasn't expecting it to happen, I think of rage music. Reggae music is like a prophecy. Today I am facing a lot of chaos and challenges in my home country, economic breakdown, people losing out their source of income.

Where people are feeding firm hand to my in family, business clapping, and harsh transportation mobility everywhere.

All these, are issues, that when I listen to the old reggae boys, I feel confident and embrace my preferences of all the songs our great reggae boys, sang.

I quickly grab some emotional comfort that enables me to easy the pains I'm going through. Like rightly said, it depends on the numbers of factors. In this case, of unstable economy downfall due to man's mismanagement to victimized his fellow humans, I just realized that reggae boys said it all; that situation and good feelings would just come back into my soul.

Still, how factors of preference tend to control the music for my soul. Everyone needs love, and wants to be love!! ❤️.

I love blues music, the melodious tone, and cool lyrics, lead me through the way. It makes me feel younger again. Let me spill, I feel the first time knowing my babe. That's one factor that drive my emotions about blues as my love preference music.

Blues playing in my home, whenever I get home, I see my babe, she plays blues, and it remains me of how it has always been.

These factors really determine how music preferences trend my soul.
