Hello friends, Good morning, I hope you are in high spirits.

This is an update of my cleaning excercise and my days diary for 22nd of January 2022.

On this day, I woke up at about 6am and did my usual chores before I left for work. On my way out, I discoverd that one of the streets I usually use to work have been littered with dirts, there and then, I resolved to pick up the dirts befor continuing.

Cleaning our environment is something we should do consciously and willingly because of all the physical, economic, spiritual and health benefits attached to it.

After the cleaning, I continue to work. When I got to the our complex, I droped the dirts I had picked up into the waste bin, from where it would be taken to any of our local recycling centers, where it would be used as raw materials for production.

Perhaps, when I got to shop, I started working till about 8pm when I closed from work and headed home. On my way, i stoped to buy bread and fruits. I also bought some medicine for pain relief because lately, I have been feeling some back pain.
However, If I take this drugs for two days without any improvement, I will go see a doctor.

When I got home I had a cold bath, had dinner and reated while I watched my favorite television program.
