Passing Faith To Our Children. MCGI TOPIC REVIEW

What makes our faith in God strong is the Word of God. It is the word of God that strengthens us and makes our faith in God to stand. That faith in God is what we can pass to others. So, we can teach others the word of God if we want to pass our faith unto them. The beliefs that we have in Jesus Christ is what we can pass on to our children.

In the wilderness, God told the children of Israel to teach their children what God has done for them. They were to write them everywhere where their eyes could see so that they would remember to teach them to their children. In the same way, we are to instruct our children in the ways of God. We must diligently teach them to observe those things that we have learnt from God.

When children are taught the doctrines of God, they will grow to be disciplined in the things of God. Such children will be good citizens in the society. Let us show our children the word of God. Our faith comes from the word of God. To guide our children to grow in the ways of God, we must teach them the Bible. Let us make our children to know what the Bible says so that they will be able to do them.
