Matthew 6:27-28 (KJV) Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:

Worrying brings anxiety. The fear of death brings depression. People fall into depression because of the worries and anxieties which have filled their minds.

The harsh economic conditions in the world makes some people to contemplate suicide. Many people have even committed suicide. Suicide has become a common occurrence because of worry. Depression breeds suicidal thoughts. So, depression is a very dangerous situation in the present world.

1 Peter 5:6-7 (KJV) Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:
Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

The biblical way out of worries and anxieties is casting all our worries on God. Some people refuse to trust in God. They deny the existence of God. Such people have no help when they are faced with different cares and worries. The biblical way is that we should cast all of our cares on Him.

The word of God works wonders in our lives when faced with certain challenges, and that's why we should hold unto it at all times

This is such an important message. Worry and anxiety can be overwhelming, and depression makes things even harder. But trusting God can bring peace. Life isn’t easy, but we don’t have to face it alone God cares for us. Giving our worries to Him brings hope. Well said!
