A friend of mine is currently going through some terrible moments in her life. Imagine if you wake up one day to discover that your relationship has scattered. This is the relationship which you have invested really much believing that it will stand. Sometimes you have put in the little income which you are earning to satisfy the other party. But all of a sudden you wake up to hear him say that he isn't interested anymore. How would that settle down with you? Will it be fun? Absolutely no! These are the type of conditions that causes depression. Depression is not funny; it is hurting. It is not an illusion; it actually exists.

For more than 4 years now, a lady has been in series of debts. She just keep paying one and entering another one. The cycle gives restlessness that sometimes, I am worried about her. That is not the kind of life someone wishes for himself. When she pay the old one she will enter a new one. Of course, she is operating a system of collecting to pay the one on ground. Such a situation can also give someone depression. When one finds himself in a debt that refuses to settle, that person will be overwhelmed with depression. We should be careful with what we crave after. The life of a man does not consist on the abondance of the things which he posseses.

The Bible teaches us to be contented with whatever we have. We should not be carried away by unguarded carnal pleasures. We must learn to trust God and to remove our eyes from the lust of the world.
