AI is Getting Smarter
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is evolving at a fast pace. It is reshaping industries and redefining how we interact with technology. Moreover, AI systems are becoming more intelligent, and capable of learning, adapting, and performing tasks once thought exclusive to human expertise. A careful watch of this rapid development shows that AI is getting smarter and continually advancing toward more sophisticated and intuitive capabilities. This compilation features the latest smart developments in AI. The featured content is interesting and worth your reading time.

Microsoft Corp has announced the establishment of two new AI centers in Abu Dhabi, to advance responsible AI innovation and address societal needs. One of the AI centers is co-founded and co-funded by G42 and Microsoft, with the endorsement of Abu Dhabi’s Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Technology Council (AIATC), while the other is the expansion of Microsoft’s AI for Good Research Lab into Abu Dhabi. The establishment of two AI centers in Abu Dhabi is an intentional move to strengthen Microsoft’s global AI footprint while supporting the UAE’s ambitious digital transformation agenda.

The Ballot Box Surveillance - A Dangerous Overreach in Election Monitoring
Groups like True the Vote, election denial groups, local sheriffs, and voters are pushing for wide surveillance of ballot drop boxes, a proposal for a "dropbox surveillance reality show", use of AI-driven cameras live-streaming shots of voters. The elision of law enforcement and election administration show concern about voter intimidation, a proposal based on a fundamental misunderstanding of elections. By enlisting local sheriffs for surveillance, using AI-driven cameras to livestream voters, this could potentially intimidate or harass voters, potentially decreasing voter participation, proposing misguided and potentially dangerous schemes for election monitoring. What are your thoughts?
Watch The AI/Crypto Correlation
the development and expansion of the crypto market and AI use-cases at a pace so fast is interesting. Crypto is going to be the monetary system for AI. At the same time, AI will enhance cryptocurrency production, networks, and applications. Crypto is digital and AI is a new form of software. Looking forward, separating AI from crypto will not be possible. This will set off some major advancements over the next 3-5 years. While there will be a great push by the government to use AI to further their centralized systems, a major disruption will happen. Keep a keen watch on the AI/Crypto Correlation!
