When coloring, I always start with the base color, which I'm used to using as a very light shade, then darken where the shadows of the same color would go, and so on.

Although it has few colors, the blue of its cape, which in my opinion makes its entire design stand out, is the most striking.

We'll see this concept of a cape reflected in several important characters in the story. This, along with its inexpressiveness, gives it an air of mystery and innocence.
