Es este estilo el que me llamo mucha la atención, a decir verdad estaba muy acostumbrado a Peter Parker que cuando aparecieron otras arañas con sus diseños únicos me quede fascinado con todo esto.

Al ver este personaje en específico logré entender muchas cosas que estaban sucediendo en cada escena que incluso sucedía con nosotros y es que En un mundo lleno de sombras y dudas Gwen no espera a que todo esté perfecto para actuar da el paso por pequeño que parezca.

Terminar un boceto, decir una idea en una reunión, cada acción cuenta, quizás no tengamos la fuerza, a veces no seamos los más constantes, la decisión de levantarse después de las caídas, de buscar ayuda cuando la carga se vuelve pesada, de proteger a otros sin olvidarse de cuidar de sí mismos.

Esa fue la enseñanza que me dejó este personaje.

Guiándonos de la imagen refencial la cual posee una técnica de contornos y espacios negativos con un diseño digital, obviamente voy a tratar de replicar la pose y los colores con marcadores, colores, pasteles de una amiga artista el cual nos reunimos para practicar.

Armando, el bosquejo de este personaje, me decidí en hacer algo de estilo más como de retrato, para explorar ese lado artístico y darle un toque de realismo.

Como pueden ver aquí ya tenemos el diseño completo con una estructura similar al diseño, en estos proyectos no es importante replicar el arte, ya que todos poseemos técnicas distintas, lo importante es hacerlo genuino a nuestro ser.

Como pueden apreciar aquí ya he terminado el boceto y dejo las sombras con grafito para poder marcarlas luego con tinta o marcador, aunque recomiendo borrar para que no afecte al marcador.

COLOREANDO

Al momento de colorear siempre empiezo por el color base, el cual estoy acostumbrado a que sea un tono muy claro para luego ir oscureciendo donde podrían ir las sombras del mismo color y así sucesivamente.

Para las zonas oscuras usaré por primera vez el color gris y dejaré lo blanco del color de la hoja y usaré corrector para marcar líneas de arañas y pintarlas luego.

Colocando la luz con marcadores de alcohol voy a ubicar los tonos más claros y luego intercalaremos con otros colores para degradar los colores.

Ya teniendo los colores base, luego nos toca oscurecer, colocar corrector y sombras para el color de las zapatillas, tuve que volver a colorear y usar corrector para arreglar el color que es un verde cian y el rosado solo le colocamos morado con color y difuminamos.

Una vez terminado, con tiza blanca le coloco un destello de luz para que se aprecie como si estuviera en la densidad de la noche y no en un espacio vacío, ¿ustedes que opinan?

Now that we have the base colors, we then have to darken, apply concealer and shadows for the color of the sneakers. I had to recolor and use concealer to fix the color, which is a cyan green, and for the pink, we just add purple with color and blend.
