My Choco Malt Pancake, My Own Version And Ingredients
Hello wonderful community of @asean.hive It seems like a regular day today, but the classes were suspended due to high tides. I don't know how my kids will learn if the situation is always like these. There are times that we regret living on a place like these. I also asked the same question that I asked to my husband before. Why did your relatives build a house on a place like these. He said, if they know that they will end up like these they will not definitely choose this kind of place.
Why keep myself bothered if I could prepare my kids a delicious snack. I know some of you love pancakes especially for breakfast. But we prefer to eat rice in the morning, they couldn't say no to me LoL. We made pancakes with a twist, we don't use an instant pancake mixture, but we make it our own version.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 2 tablespoon of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 2 small to medium eggs
- 24 grams or 1 sachet of milo or powdered Choco malt drink (optional) - 1/4 cup of water
- 2 packs of biscuits chocolate flavor or any flavor (optional)

Procedure
Crash all the chocolate biscuits, the choco malt drink that supposed to be in a cup of water: we will just add two tablespoons of water to make it a chocolate syrup set them aside because we are going to used that later.

Mix the all the dry ingredients, add the eggs, and gently add the water we are trying to reach the consistency needed since this is not a real pancake mixture.

On a pan, since our non-stick pan has already broken, we used the metal pan and add a little amount of cooking oil. @katsuki29 uses a ladle to pour the mixture into the pan. On a low heat my daughter cooked it patiently.

After she finished all the mixture, she layered the pancakes she adds the syrup and biscuits, and she rolled it up like a fresh a lumpia.
I also want you to see the inside so I gently sluiced it, the taste was all what you expected not too sweet because if you will add a powder choco malt you need to lessen the sugar so the taste will not be boring but rather special and interesting.
While here's the pancake without a choco malt in the mixture. But we also did the same processes.
Your food looks very delicious, I want to do it soon, thank you for sharing, Have a good day
I like how you rolled the chocolate. It must have tasted good.
Sarap I partner SA coffee. Parang madaling gawin😬.
I can really sense the weight you’re carrying, and yet, despite all that, you still poured your energy into creating something special for your kids. Your Choco malt is such a comforting twist.
