Fast Lunch For A Busy Day
Happy chooseday hive community, honestly this not a good day for me and my son. He lost his wallet inside it was his allowance 300 pesos 5.18$. I don't know how to react because we can't talk to him properly. This morning I cooked scramble eggs, dried fish and fried tomatoes.
While Ria and the entire school is busy practicing their dance for the field day. She didn't want to come back after lunch. Ria's class starts at 7:40 in the morning and dismissed at 10:40. But earlier we were told to get the kids at 11:30. Then need to go back by 1 in the afternoon. She was crying and told me she's already tired. We just convinced her because it's actually needed. I asked Ria's teacher what time can we get there. I went early to watch and look after them. Ria was so happy to see me watching her perform.

For lunch I cooked my kids veggies with fried pork. Let me share my recipe.
Ingredients
1/2 cabbage
1 meduim onion
7 minced cloves of garlic
1 large tomato
Cooking oil
3 tablespoon of Oyster sauce
2 tablespoon of Fish sauce
Ground Pepper and Seasoning
1/2 cup of water
Pork meat, boiled and seasoned
Procedure

Wash and cut the ingredients needed. Slice the pork into bite size. In a pan put a little oil and fry the meat to golden brown. Add the onion, garlic and tomatoes, mixed them all together. Add the fish sauce caramelized to enhance the taste. Now add the cabbage, seasoning, pepper, water and oyster sauce and mixed them all together. I didn't cover to half cooked the veggies. I just mixed them well and I'm done. It was delicious because the meat was fried.
It's so sad to hear he lost his wallet. I can relate because my eldest treasures his wallet and money so much. He's not a spender and likes saving money, but he always brings his wallet along. Kids will be kids, though, and they can be forgetful.
Yes po but his smartphone was also broken sis @cindee08 thanks for dropping by nice to see you around
