A Happy Surprise at My Son’s Year-End Party
Hello everyone, it's been a while been very busy this Season holidays. Two more days and another year will add to our lives. Thankful to be alive and kicking.
My son’s year-end party became more special. It was a day filled with laughter, food, and small moments that made everyone smile. What surprised us the most was when my son was called to receive the Best Outfit Award. He did not expect it at all, he was really shocked. His outfit was advised by her elder sister @katsuki29. She helped her brother what to wear and how he will style it. And honestly we are happy and know he really deserve to win it. You can see the images that he didn't want to join in the picture taking. His just a simple kid. If he didn't join the games he wouldn't be capture in tbe camera.
Seeing his reaction made the moment even more meaningful. My son is friendly, but he is also the quiet type. He is the kind of kid who will smile and be kind to everyone, but he usually waits for others to start a conversation. If someone does not talk to him, he will not force himself into attention. Maybe because our sink house is near the school. Some of them don't understand how hard our life is.
Still, his classmates appreciate him for who he is, and that day showed how much they noticed him more than he realized. The party itself was simple but joyful. The room was decorated with colorful balloons and streamers, and the long table was filled with delicious food. Each student brought something to share, and you could really feel the effort behind every contribution. What made the food special was not just the taste, but the happiness everyone shared while eating together. There were jokes, group photos, and playful moments that made the room feel warm and alive.
My son’s adviser was also our teacher back in 2004. It felt like a full-circle moment. My son spoke highly of her and said she was the kindest teacher he ever had. Hearing that made me grateful, knowing he was guided by someone who truly cared.
That day was not just about awards or food. It was about connection, appreciation, and simple happiness. My son went home tired but smiling we even teased him. Her sister told him that he was not joining the camera. So she taught to photographed him in the road. And here's the result.
Hindi naman po halata na magaling pumili ng style kapatid niya te. Sa christmas party ng kapatid ko, wala naman masyadong ganap siyang shineshare sa amin haha.
