Health tips we neglect
So one of the health tips so many people neglect is drinking water, Drinking the adequate quantity of water can help you avoid sicknesses like bladder infection or kidney stones etc, Water keeps you hydrated and keeps your skin looking fresh always.
The second tip is you need to exercise daily, as a matter of fact here in Nigeria we don't take exercise seriously, exercise should be done daily because it maintains mobility and it improves your mental health. Especially our woman after giving birth to your children you need to exercise your body particularly to shed off belly fat, to keep yourself agile and to clear your mind.
The Third tip is to eat healthy, eating healthy can help reduce the risk of diseases in your body. You need to eat your vegetables, whole grains, protein, fruits etc to maintain a standard health.
Fourthly please and please get enough sleep, you need at least 7-8 hours of sleep to avoid complications like diseases (hypertension etc).
Always try to do the right things because health is wealth, and nothing compares to sound health, stay healthy.
