ENJOYING A DAY OF EXERCISE. (ENG-ESP)

Hello everyone in this lovely community. Have a happy weekend, everyone. As always, I'm stopping by to share this lovely post with you. As many of you who read my blog know, I'm in Colombia enjoying a short vacation with my children, taking advantage of the fact that my daughter hasn't started college yet.

Hola a todo por esta linda comunidad feliz fin de semana tengan todos hoy como siempre paso por acá para compartir con ustedes este lindo post como muchos que me leen sabrán que me encuentro en Colombia pasando unas cortas vacaciones con mis hijos aprovechando que la niña no ha empezado la universidad,

And where we live nearby, there is a multi-purpose sports field with exercise machines, so I took a moment to try them out while I was walking around the place. The machines are outdoors, which is very pleasant for exercising, especially in the afternoon when the weather is usually cool. The place is very nice and well maintained. Many people come with their children to ride bikes, walk, play soccer, skate, etc. In short, both children and adults can do various activities. The best thing is that it is a very safe place because it also has private security.

Y que donde estamos residenciados cerca nos queda una cancha múltiple donde aprovechando que tiene máquinas para ejercitar y así que me tome un ratico para probarlas mientras recorría el lugar son máquinas expuestas al aire libre donde es muy agradable hacer ejercicios más en las horas de la tarde cuando el clima suele estar fresco, el lugar es muy bonito y está bien cuidado muchos salen con sus niños a correr bicicletas así como a caminar, jugar futbol, patinar en fin pueden realizar varias actividades tanto niños como adultos lo mejor es que es un lugar bastante seguro porque también consta de vigilancia privada.

La verdad es que el lugar provoca y hace sentir mucha paz y tranquilidad así que porque no aprovechar todo lo que la vida te ofrece por eso me tome un ratico de tiempo para probar estas máquinas que había una variedad de 8 máquinas diferentes el cual podías escoger la que más preferías así que amigos esto es todo por los momentos espero que les guste y gracias por leer.
