Trabajo en equipo [Esp/Eng]
Cuando mis amigas me sugirieron formar un club de literatura en la universidad, me pareció una locura total. La universidad demanda demasiado tiempo de estudio, tanto que para mí era impensable crear un club de literatura en esos momentos.
Un día, mis amigas Federika y Perla aparecieron y dijeron que viniera a la biblioteca a ayudar, y antes de que me diera cuenta, ya les estaba ayudando a limpiar el depósito de la biblioteca para poder utilizar ese cuarto como sede del club. El jefe del departamento de biblioteca dijo que podríamos usar el espacio si limpiabamos y ordenabamos todo. Nosotros aceptamos, y no sabíamos en que nos metiamos. Hay más de 100 cajas de libros, y limpiar no es una tarea fácil, pues rodeado de tantas buenas obras, es imposible no distraerse y detenerse a leer un poco.
Encontramos libros muy curiosos y compartimos bastante tiempo de calidad. La cantidad de libros es excesiva para solo nosotros, así que decidimos empezar a correr la voz acerca de un club de lectura a ver cuántas personas más se unen a nuestro movimiento. Entre más personas se unan, más personas para ayudar a limpiar, y así podríamos abrir el club lo antes posible.
Limpiar la biblioteca nos da derecho a los libros que queramos, lo cual es perfecto para obtener libros de estudio y novelas. Ayer mismo saqué 3 libros para leer entre clases, "El túnel", de Ernesto Sábato, "De dónde son los cantantes" de Severo Sarduy y "Manual de Tratamiento para la diarrea", libros de los cuales espero aprender mucho.
En fin, abriremos el club cuando hayamos terminado la limpieza, mientras tanto, seguiremos compartiendo juntos, tratando de limpiar sin distraernos y avanzando hasta poder ver las puertas de nuestro club abiertas para todos.
When my friends told me about creating a literature club at the university, I thought it was totally crazy. The university demands too much study time, too much time that it was unimaginable for me to create a literature club for the university.
One day, my friends Federika and perla showed up and said to come to the library to help, and before I could notice it, I was helping them clean out the library storage room so we could use that room as a clubhouse. Library's university said we could use the space if we cleaned and tidied up. It sounded good, but we didn't know what were getting into. There are more than 100 boxes of books, and cleaning up is not an easy task, because surrounded by so many good books, it is impossible not to get distracted and think about reading a little.
We found some very interesting books and shared a lot of quality time. The amount of books is too much for just us, so we decided to start spreading the word about a book club to gather more people to join our movement. The more people who join, the more people to help clean up, so we could open the club as soon as possible.
While we clean up, the library entitles us to the books we want, which is perfect for getting study books and novels. Just yesterday I checked out 3 books to read between classes, "El túnel" by Ernesto Sábato, "De dónde son los cantantes" by Severo Sarduy and "Manual de Tratamiento para la diarrea", books from which I hope to learn a lot.
Anyway, we will open the club when we have finished cleaning, in the meantime, we will continue sharing together, trying to clean without getting distracted and moving forward until we can see the doors of our club open for everyone.
