Craziest ride ever

It was not too long when i have to venture on my craziest car ride ever. I can’t driver and neither i ever desired to learn driving . Even after several castigation from my father, as he thinks there may be in any emergency when will be left with no other option except driving, i didn’t learn yet . I am more comfortable on passenger side and on back seats as i can yawn there, use mobile and can afford attention distraction.

So it was about a month ago,I along with brother and father , was riding from my maternal side.My father loves to drive mainly on night. After attending the regale ,we left them in the evening . Our home was just at 2hours car ride. Roads are good and there is no hilly area as well. We started our way back to home at 8pm almost.

We were moving as per usual but soon we were accompanied by heavy fog. We were moving on countryside road. There were no road signs even. We slowed down our speed but intensity of fog was increasing with each passing second. Our speed was hardly 20km/hour. We were feeling trapped in some kind of storm . And that road was proving not less than maze to us. Sight limit was not zero and it literally became hard for us to see road from car ‘s mirror.

It was too cold outside. We couldn’t even wait there as fog was not gonna disappear for next morning and there was no one near to help us as well. So as for strategy , along with my brother came to back seats . We opened side mirrors and started guiding via looking at road from both sides .

It was freezing cold . Even though car was at minimum possible speed but yet we were shivering. We were keeping hawk’e eye on side yellow lines of road as well as listening carefully so that we might know if there is any vehicle coming in either direction.

It was 30km countryside road . At many points we were near to derail of the road but instant calls and brakes saved us . We covered that 30km road in 2 hours.

Before starting our journey again on main road,we halted for a moment and switched on car heaters as we were freezing cold.

After taking 15 mints brake, we resumed our ride again. We were on main road now. Fog was intense yet. Though road was wide but we could not go slowly as it was main road and someone might have hit us from back. We were moving with strict eyes on road untill we found a truch ahead of us.

It was a moment of big respite to us because truck’s lights are more powerful ,secondly truck runs at constant speed and third we may get idea of road turns by looking at truck vigilantly.But that respite didn’t last for long as we have to quit main road again on turn which leads to our abode. It was single road countryside road again. No vehicle near to us and same previous strategy implemented again.We were looking on road sides while father was driving and trying to trace road from front.

We were freezing againg but we had no other option . We continued ride for next three hours . We sojourned for two to three times to heat up our body as it was too chill outside and finally we reached our destination in 6 hours we was meant to be covered in 2 hours.

I have had many other horribles rides too . At some point i was accompanied with heavy rain or hail and sometimes we had to face robbery threat. But all that was for short lapse. Either this incidence is fresh or the lapse of its craziness lasted for 6 hours, i believe this is my craziest ride ever.

Life is very precious treasure and comes to us only for a time.We must not squander it in carelessness, thrill and craziness. When we are on roads we are not responsible fir our lives only but life of other peoples on roads also depend upon us.

I am nomad by nature . I travel alot both on public and private transport. I will experience myriad of harsh or delightful incidences as well. What matters is assuring obeyance of law and safety measures.
Lets just wish we don’t have to face any grave condition.
