Привіт! Колись давно років з 30 тому я пару разів зустрічався з дівчиною. На другій зустрічі ми їли смачний торт та розмовляли про літературу. Дівчина була начитана, аж занадто. Потім ми піднялися на дах одного з найвищих будинків міста. В розмові вона сказала мені, що відчуває якесь дивне бажання зробити крок з даху й так з нею завжди. Щось подібне відчував і я, але вирішив не продовжувати цю тематику. Дивно все виглядало та й здавалося мені не зовсім нормальним. Тоді я ще й близько не чув про “Виклик пустоти”. Та й цей випадок я загадав випадково, а саме, після перегляду фільму “Чудовисько всередині мене”.
Пройшло понад 3 десятиліття. Нещодавно переглядав міні-серіал “Чудовисько всередині мене”. Там один з головних героїв розповідає про l'appel du vide (ляпель дю від), цей самий виклик пустоти. Він підкреслуює, що це не суїцидальне бажання.
Відверто, я дуже здивований, що мозок витягнув з життя епізод такої давнини. Також я здивований самим цим явищем l'appel du vide, розглядати яке не мав бажання понад 30 років. А виявляється, що понад половина людей відчували цей дивний імпульс хоча б раз за життя. І очевидно, що це явище досить добре досліджене — можна почитати різні тдумачення. Наприклад, філософи вбчають в цьому контроль мозку над свободою і життям в цілому. Загалом же, вчені пояснюють Виклик висоти імпусьсом мозку, ймовірною системою безпеки. Мозок моделює можливі наслідки, це лякає й лудина відходить назад. Очевидно, щоб написати цікаву й велику публікацію ще потрібно багато чого перечитати. Everything looked strange and seemed not quite normal to me. At that time, I had not even heard of “Call of the Void”. And I remembered this case by chance, namely, after watching the movie “The Monster Inside Me”.
More than 3 decades have passed. Recently, I watched the mini-series “The Monster Inside Me”. There, one of the main characters talks about l'appel du vide (l'appel du vide), this very call of the void. He emphasizes that this is not a suicidal desire.
Frankly, I am very surprised that the brain has pulled out such an episode from life. I am also surprised by this phenomenon of l'appel du vide, which I have not wanted to consider for over 30 years. And it is obvious that this phenomenon is quite well studied - you can read different interpretations. For example, philosophers see in this the brain's control over freedom and life in general. Obviously, in order to write an interesting and large publication, you still need to reread a lot.
