Привіт! Нещодавно прочитав цікаву точку зору від Артура Хейса. Ця людина дуже відома у криптовалютному світі. Він вважає, що запуск спотової торгівлі на ETF Біткоїна може призвести до краху мережі. Його ідея виключно гіпотетична й передбачає зосередження найвідомішого цифрового активу в одних руках. Водночас Біткоїн є таким активом, що існує до тих пір, поки рухається в мережі. Підтримку ж роботи мережевої системи забезпечують майнери. Якщо ж Біткоїн не будуть переміщувати в мережі, то майнери просто відключать своє обладнання. В такому випадку на сцену може вийти новий децентралізований актив.
Ідея Хейса досить цікава, але цей гіпотетичний сценарій, як мені здається, скоріше можна розглядати як один із ймовірних варіантів, такий собі прогноз від відомого аналітика. Нині мережі така проблема не загрожує, адже крім підтвердження трансакцій основна робота майнерів зосереджена на добувані нових Біткоїнів. І останній процес буде продовжуватися ще понад 100 років, бо крайній блок буде добутий в далекому 2140 році. Тому часу до розвитку гіпотетичного сценарію Хейса ще далеко. Крім того, Біткоїн добре розпорошений мережею. Ним володіють в різних країнах світу люди з різним рівнем життя. Якщо гіганти фінансового ринку почнуть скуповувати Біткоїн, то це приведе до стрімкого зростання ціни, а ще на це знадобиться багато років. Сценарій Хейса провалиться на мою суб'єктивну думку ще й, тому що з часом зявляться нові способи передачі сатів, та, щобільше, вони вже існують й активно розробляються нові. І ще мені не до кінця не зрозуміло, яким чином він пов'язує ETF, що передбачає торгівлю похідними з реальною мережею Біткоїна. Тому розвиток цього гіпотетичного сценарію краху Біткоїна дуже малоймовірний. Інтерв'ю Хейса — це лише думка ймовірного розвитку подій майбутнього, які, на щастя, нікому не відомі.

Hello! I recently read an interesting perspective from Arthur Hayes. This person is very famous in the cryptocurrency world. He believes that the launch of spot trading on ETF Bitcoin could crash the network. His idea is purely hypothetical and involves the concentration of the most famous digital asset in one hand. At the same time, Bitcoin is such an asset that it exists as long as it moves on the network. Support for the operation of the network system is provided by miners. If Bitcoin will not be moved in the network, then the miners will simply turn off their equipment. In this case, a new decentralized asset may appear on the scene.
Hayes' idea is quite interesting, but this hypothetical scenario, it seems to me, can rather be considered as one of the likely options, a kind of prediction from a well-known analyst. Currently, the network is not threatened by such a problem, because in addition to confirming transactions, the main work of miners is focused on mining new Bitcoins. And the last process will continue for more than 100 years, because the last block will be mined in the distant year 2140. Therefore, the time for the development of Hayes' hypothetical scenario is still far away. In addition, Bitcoin is well dispersed throughout the network. It is owned by people with different standards of living in different countries of the world. If the giants of the financial market start buying Bitcoin, it will lead to a rapid increase in the price, and this will take many years. Hayes's scenario will fail in my subjective opinion also, because over time new methods of satellite transmission will appear, and, for the most part, they already exist and new ones are actively being developed. And I still don't fully understand how he connects the ETF, which involves the trading of derivatives, with the real Bitcoin network. Therefore, the development of this hypothetical scenario of the collapse of Bitcoin is very unlikely. Hayes' interview is only an opinion of the likely development of future events, which, fortunately, no one knows.
