Keeping Fit With The Boys

It's the weekend guys and you all know what time it is . Yeah right! You guessed right , it is football 'o' clock . It's indeed another beautiful Saturday morning to keep fit with the boys. I look forward to this day of the week because playing soccer is a hobby I enjoy so much .

Usually when I hit the pitch I jog round it for about 5-10 minutes . This helps to keep my body ready and energized for the incoming intense football actions.

We usually play a 5-aside set gameplay with 10 minutes interval. Teams are usually selected at random using a ballot system. This happens to be fair and square as everyone gets a team to play for .

As soon as the game kicks off, the adrenaline kicks in and the energy levels skyrocket. The sound of the ball hitting the net, the cheers from the sidelines, and the togetherness among teammates make this experience unforgettable. I love the feeling of sprinting down the field, making that perfect pass, or scoring a goal after a good team effort.

After the match, we often gather around, share some laughs, and sometimes grab a cold drink to cool down. It's not just about the game, but also about building friendships and creating memories that last a lifetime.
