Yep, that's true, though the backups don't go into the computer unless the main one fails, which actually just happened to one of them. I love backups!

Restoring a backup because the main one failed also means that you lose days, weeks, or months (or even years) of data. 🤔🤯

If you had a desktop computer instead of a laptop one, then you can use redundant disks so that you lose as little data as possible in case of a disk failure. 🤓😏

Yes, true. Lucky anything important I save either in cloud storage or in a syncing note app. I didn't lose anything majorly important that I couldn't recreate quite easily.

Also true, and while I would love to have multiple laptop and desktop systems here, for different purposes, the desktop systems just don't do well here at all. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Hope that the servers on the cloud storage and syncing app that you use are decentralized (or as decentralized as possible)! 🤗

It's true indeed that desktop computers won't fare well with the harsh jungle environment because they normally have greater surface area, which causes it to accumulate moisture and break down (much) faster. 🤔🤯🤓
