Yes, there are many large amounts being asked, and that would be great. That would be ideal. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

I think that Hive people who create Hive funding proposals should avoid thinking of Hive as a replacement for their (full-time dev) job, even if it is technically possible to do here on Hive. πŸ€―πŸ€—

Yes, that would be good. If and when I ever get into hands-on dev work on Hive, I don't plan on making a proposal at all. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

I think that Hive Proposals are generally subject to greater scrutiny by people on Hive (especially those with lots of Hive Power), compared to Hive Witnesses. πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈπŸ€―πŸ€“

Indeed, and actually getting funded is no easy task. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

I think it's because most Hive Proposals get more money from Hive (through inflation) than Hive Witnesses (even those within the Top 20). πŸ’ΈπŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈπŸ€―πŸ€“

I hadn't realized that yet, but it does certainly make sense. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

It's also (very) !WEIRD that the #PeakD wallet page does not show Witness rewards, while the #Ecency wallet does show it. 🀯 Try to view the Top 1 Hive Witness's wallet on PeakD and Ecency to see the difference !INDEED. πŸ˜…

I just looked at both, and I can't see anything on either interface about witness rewards. Both of those links open in Ecency, by the way. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

I literally typed https://peakd.com/@arcange/wallet on my previous comment for the #PeakD hyperlink, but the #Ecency frontend automatically changes it to its corresponding Ecency page (even if the link literally leads to a Hive account's wallet page). πŸ€―πŸ€―πŸ˜…

Hrmmm...I don't like that behavior. If we type in specific Hive links, they should open in the correct frontend. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

Do you mean that it's okay for the #Ecency frontend to replace links to Hive posts and comments to its own, as long as it does not replace too reserved links (such as for the wallet and settings page)? πŸ€―πŸ€“

I mean that whatever link we type, is the one that should open, without modification. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™

I have read somewhere here on Hive people who think that a possible reason why a Hive frontend may be replacing all links into its own to help with SEO or something. 🀯 Anyway, if you want to prevent the #Ecency frontend from replacing a link, just enclose it with backticks like this, but the link will not be clickable and will require the user to copy-past the link to open it. πŸ€“

I know that because some Ecency users still prefer to have (all) links to posts or comments on Hive (as well as Hive accounts themselves) while using the Ecency frontend be replaced with internal Ecency links, you would say that you want users have the option to either allow the frontend to replace the links or leave the links as is. 😏 However, the pages for wallet, settings, proposals, and witnesses ( among others) is a different story !INDEED, as they should be treated as reserved links no matter the user preference in having links to posts and comments replaced. πŸ˜…
