Yipes, brother, ouch! I'm really glad to hear that everything turned out OK. If you take antibiotics, just make sure to repopulate your gut biome afterward. Have a mellow Monday! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Yes, I really considered just not taking them, which is what I would do at home, but with the additional pressure of not actually being in my home, I just did it.

I have access to fresh cheese and kambucha, what else can you recommend me to help with this?

I understand, my friend. The one very significant thing that I've learned is that when our systems are in balance, and they get what they need, vitality, healing, and health are the result, and nothing bothers us. I haven't been sick with anything in years now, and I don't get infections of any kind anymore, even with serious wounds, like a couple months ago when I inadvertently hit my right knuckle with my Fijian machete. It was deep, and there was lots of blood, but I clot fast thankfully. I just washed it in the shower, and protected it a little, but I didn't use any antiseptic, or even bandages. I just healed, and quickly.

Raw cheese and kombucha are great, and I'd also recommend good-quality kefir, yogurt, sauerkraut, and kimchi. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
