My last Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update can be found here. This goals-and-progress post serves as my weekly participation in the Saturday Savers Club.

Welcome to my 92nd Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update! I had originally intended and hoped to experiment with doing this update on Saturday instead of Sunday, so as to make going out for Sunday Funday possible, but unfortunately my first attempt was not successful, as I finished catching up on my notifications too late to dive into entering all the token data for this post. To be able to do these posts on Saturday, I will have to start much earlier on my Hive tasks and catching up on notifications. I'll try it on Saturday again this coming week.

Since these posts take me so long to compile and write, and due to now receiving less on my posts, I'm thinking that I need to majorly downsize and streamline these posts, to even remotely make them worth my time. I'll think and feel into what can be trimmed down or removed as I go through this week.

Even though I didn't reach 1/3 of my weekly goals, I did surpass 6,400 HP, and I also did come close to the one goal that I missed, which makes me feel slightly better. I exceeded my goal for HP and HBD in Savings, but I didn't have success with my Reputation goal, unfortunately. All good, that's just how it flowed this week.

Probably the biggest shift this week, and not a good one, is the fact that Ecency removed the ability to boost posts with Ecency Points, replacing it instead with using them to request HP delegations. Because of this change, I have seen a notable drop in my post payouts. very unfortunately. I really, really, really don't like when radical changes like this are made to something that, up to this point, I've found very useful, and now is far less so. Yes, my curation rewards increase, but this change gives me less motivation to write posts, and I also can no longer boost other people's posts, or the @aliveandthriving posts. So yeah, not cool.

One bit of good news is that, because I helped a friend with some crypto-investing suggestions a few years ago, that led to him making back his investment, and also making a good profit, he just recently told me that he wants to give me some of the profit that he made as a 'thank you'. This was a really wonderful surprise. He said he could give me either fiat dollars or crypto, so of course I opted for crypto, which I will then invest into Hive. I don't know exactly how much he plans to give me yet, but it seems like, for me at least, it will be somewhat substantial. I plan to convert half of it into HIVE to power up, and half into HBD to put into Savings.

The HiveBuzz website, along with many other important services, have been down since @arcange's servers were hacked and disabled on February 10, so I could not collect data, so no change from last week.

This week I gained +64.888 HP, +0.033 Reputation, and +6.344 HBD in Savings, which means that I exceeded my HP goal by +0.033 HP, that I was under my Reputation goal by -0.008 Reputation, and that I exceeded my goal for HBD in Savings by +1.201 HBD, which isn't too bad. My larger gains for HP and HBD in Savings this week were, in part, due to my HIVE powered up for #HPUD, and the just-over 4 HBD that I claimed in interest. With the changes to Ecency, as I mentioned, I'm now receiving less on most of my posts, so my weekly HP gain will likely go down quite bit, sadly.

One positive bit of news from this morning, aside from reaching 6,400 HP, is that apparently the DBOND-DABS team got their daily payouts working again, because I received a larger makeup payment of DBOND, as well as a more regular payment later in the day. This was the last payout bot that broke when HiveSQL went down on February 10th, that I was waiting to be fixed, so hats off to the DBOND-DABS team for getting things working again!

As the fiat value of HIVE has continued to rise, the HP APR has continued to fall, getting as low as 2.83%. At least that is countered by my ever-increasing HP, as well as my incoming HP delegations.
