I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #966 - The We Are Alive Tribe Is about Maximum Mutual Benefit! - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Thursday, March 20, 2025

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Maximum Mutual Benefit. That's the core principle of my MMB (Maximum Mutual Benefit) (Meta-)Project with Bjorn (@borniet), and because of wonderfully aligned leadership in the We Are Alive Tribe (of which Bjon and I are also a part), its the ground on which we're rebuilding, and now also building, this beloved community project. Things don't always move quickly, mostly because we're all in different parts of the world, and hence we juggle multiple time zones, and our own busy schedules, to do what we do. That's how everything on Hive is created and maintained, by real people, with real lives, all over the world. We have a huge amount of love, care, passion, commitment, and dedication for this glorious Blockchain and its exceptional community, and we want to make the Alive Tribe better, and ever-more mutually beneficial to everyone who's actively involved, contributing, and supporting our tribe. We intend to make it as good for all of us as we're able.

There's a great deal of excitement in the core leadership around what we plan to bring to the Alive Tribe, both in the short and the long term, and we're focused on rolling out many cool new features, and in the most sustainable and maintainable manner possible, so that they can endure. It's obviously very important to get the community finances to a solid place to be able to do this, which is my primary job at the moment. Things are indeed coming along quite well, with the income in various useful and valuable assets steadily increasing.

With the daily-dividend payouts for held and staked ALIVE about to go live, I'm also giving some extra focus to strongly increasing the income for the chosen payout tokens, ALIVE, BBH, PEPE, and LOLZ, while also beginning to consider other possible assets to be included in future payouts, perhaps BBHO, BRO, various tribe tokens, or even HIVE at some point. As along as I'm able create sufficient income and liquid holding in a token, it can be included in the daily payouts.

I'm still diligently working to build the same sort of Hive Multi-Stream Passive-Income Machine that I've been putting together on my own account since I arrived on the Blockchain, in the Alive Tribe, too. Since I'm just starting, there's a lot to do, and it will take time, but as with anything to which I give my all on Hive, I'm utterly determined to make it happen.

So far the largest income that we have is the weekly HIVE payouts for our 20,000+ BEE delegated to @bee.voter, which has an excellent payout ratio, with this week's payment being 55+ HIVE. So far all that weekly HIVE is being used to strongly boost the HP for @alive.chat and @aliveandthriving, which is progressing very well indeed. At some point I plan to divert some of that HIVE income to other uses in the community, such as daily payouts for AP and HP delegated to community accounts, or even to add to the daily-dividend payouts for held and staked ALIVE, as mentioned above. The Alive Tribe is pretty amazing now, but what presently exists is just the tip of the iceberg of what it will become in time. Yesterday, Thursday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive tasks, just a bit after 2PM, focusing first, as I usually do, on some photography for these posts. Once I had that done to my satisfaction, I cleaned the rain-collection gutters over the shop and car ports, which I had been putting off doing, because it's really not an enjoyable process. With that finally done, I took a shower (I got quite dirty), and a quick asset-management break up at the Flow House, before heading to collect a wheelbarrow full of assorted edible foliage for cow-milking food. When I had cow food done, I stopped by the Landing to make myself some good (a simple grilled-cheese, on sourdough, with pepprjack cheese, and mixed honey and horseradish mustards), and with that and my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee in hand, I returned to the Flow House, to dive into my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I got everything done by 10:30PM, and after some asset management, exploring Qortal's newest UI more, and scanning my X feed, I went to bed just about 12AM. I woke up around 7:30AM, having slept well, doing more asset management, starting on this post, then getting out of bed around 8:30AM to go make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, before heading back to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just before 1:30PM, so a marvelous time to end this post, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to first give my attention to more photography for these posts and for my entry in the Reflection Hunters Contest, straining and blending kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao) in the Landing, and then community/land work. 2025 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
