I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #963 - My Hive Niche - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Monday, March 17, 2025

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Given that Hive is such a diverse Blockchain Ecosystem, with innumerable distict ways to succeed and grow (there are many ways to Hive), this morning I got into considering what exactly my Hive niche might be. How do I do Hive? Well, I'm a very multifaceted, multidimensional, and multifarious fellow, so that's not the easiest thing to put into words, but I'll give it a go.

Daily writing and blogging is definitely a big one, so much so that I have my day-to-day schedule planned around it. I've been writing and publishing 1-3 posts every single day for 3 years, 1 month, and 17 days now, or 1,141 days total, so it certainly seems to be my thing. I've always loved writing, but Hive turned me into a writer.

I consider my Hive asset management, or asset leveraging, to be just as significant as my daily writing, as it enthralls my mind in a whole different manner, and the deeper that I've gone into it, the better that I've become at it. Now it's on the verge of being an obsession. My mind is constantly hashing how best to leverage and grow assets, and I explore and experiment with diverse investment possibilities and opportunities often, so I've gained quite a lot of experience and understanding in my time here, which I happily share with fellow Hivers, so that they can progress faster than I originally did. Hive turned me into an asset-leverager.

Sharing the beauty of plants and nature through photography is also at the top of my list, and it's something that I do every day in these posts, and when I get back into doing them, my plant-and-garden posts, which were always my highest earners. I do it because I love sharing the beauty that I see around me, and to help my fellow Hivers reconnect with the natural and the real. It's because of this that Hive turned me into a photographer.

Educating, teaching, and sharing knowledge, across a multitude of domains, is also something that I do every day, in one form or another. I want us all to thrive on Hive, and in the world, so I do my best to bring greater awareness, underatanding, and capacity to those with whom I interact here, and in the posts that I write. My heart rings when I am able to inspire and motive people, and when I'm truly able to help people. Connected with that is the last one that comes to mind at the moment, being a community and project-builder, which is something that feels very natural, fun, fulfilling, and meaningful to me (especially with the brilliant souls with whom I work), Our MMB (Maximum Mutual Benefit) (Meta-)Project and the We Are Alive Tribe are my primary focuses in this regard, though my desire and intention is always to create beautiful and amazing things of great value for the whole Hive community as well, with Maximum Mutual Benefit being the core value by which I operate. Hive turned me into a community and project leader. I very much appreciate how Hive has so beneficially affected my growth and development as an individual in the time since I first arrived on the Blockchain. So, what is your Hive niche?

Yesterday, Monday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive tasks, just after 1:30PM, giving my time to a bit of photography first, though I paused for a while, to wait for the sun to reappear from behind the clouds. While I waited for the sun, I went to help Braja with a few small tasks at her place. Once I had those done, I returned to photography with the return of the sun. When I was satisfied with my batch of photos, I got my machete and collected a wheelbarrow full of assorted edible foliage for cow-milking food. With that done, I took a shower and a short asset-management break up at the Flow House, before going to work in my recently-reclaimed nursery behind the Landing, clearing and cleaning as much as I could to the fence, in my efforts to expand my usable nursery space. After I got a good chunk done, I took a shower, made myself some food (a simple grilled-cheese, on sourdough, with pepper jack cheese, and mixed honey and horseradish mustards) in the Landing, and with that and my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee in hand, I headed back to the Flow House, to get into my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I had to pause that for about an hour to go attend the Monday logistics meeting. As soon as that ended, I stopped by the Landing to pick up my jar of kefir from the fridge, and I made my way back to the Flow House to continue with Hive. I had a lot of notifications last night, and with the hour lost at the meeting, I wasn't able to fully catch up on them before I had to make myself stop around 11:45PM, to do some quick asset management, and then go to bed just about 12AM. I woke up just before 7:15AM, having slept very well, doing more asset management, beginning on this post, catching up more on my notifications, getting out of bed around 8AM to go make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just before 1:15PM, so a fantastic time to end this post, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on photography for these posts, straining and blending kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao) in the Landing, and then community/land work. 2025 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
